The construction of the light is good metal material. However, it does not produce much light. I was disappointed with the output of illumination.

It's small and would work in a group of lights but not effective alone. I got this because it casts light downward and I needed something to light up my house address numbers which are in a line vertically. This light only casts about 6 inches of soft light so it doesn't light up my whole address. One warning - the on switch is on the back so you need to remember to turn it on before you screw the light to the wall or you can't get to it

The screws for mounting are terrible. Very soft metal and one had a defect. does not provide very much light. Would be better to have mounting holes on underside to easily mount and access the switch instead of the very small and soft screws that come with this. Would not recommend.

This is the cutest little light, I thought it would be bigger. But it had the worst illumination spread and brightness. It barely lights up my yard sign with our address which I got it for, and it’s not enough. It’s so dimly lit, i’m not even sure where I could use this where it would actually be functional. It was not the cheapest light either for what this is. There are plenty of other products I would go with if I were you!

Save your money.. the fake bronzed look is nice looking.. but thats where the positive ends.The light is extremely dim.. I got it to illuminate my house numbers so they would be visible from the street (always Dark in the PNW)... save your money, this was rubbish.

I purchased this light to replace the other lights I bought that didn’t work. This light worked for two days and now won’t light up. Our days have been extremely sunny so the batteries should be charging. I’ll likely have to return this one also.

These lights are great on my outdoor deck steps. Easy to install and they allow enough light to see at night without being too bright.

I purchased quite a few of these lights about three years ago to put on my backyard fence. I needed another one recently to put on another back post. I ordered here, but this one did not work properly so going back. But, I will say that these are nice low lights and all others have worked fine. I will buy again. One out of 20 isn't bad.

Was looking for a good solar downward light and this worked out well. Not supremely bright but offers decent ambient light if you have big door numbers.

I bought 4 of these to attach to the trellis over the back porch. They get direct sunlight and point down to the step. We have had a few partial sun days and a beautiful clear all sunny day. I waited until this last day to form my opinion. These lights are useless. I have solar lights attached to my fence that I bought from RONA and Lowes: they are bright and white and last a long time. I opted to buy online to finish the project - bad mistake. These 4 barely light up at all and when they do the duration is minimal only an hour or so. They certainly don't light up my deck and are useless as they barely give out any light. The colour blends well which is a positive but as a light totally ineffective.
