These are very inexpensive and it shows, but they do work fine. I got them to fix an old guitar with a broken tuner so I could donate it to a thrift store. Fixed the problem, and they do hold their tune.Very happy with them!

I picked these up to use on an old guitar that my grand father had given me years ago but the pegs on them were a little too wide for that application but nothing a drill couldn't fix. They keys move smoothly and do not unwind on their own. The seem to hold a tune very well
