Let me tell you, before I found this ergonomic guitar rest, practicing for hours on end was a real struggle. Using my leg to support the guitar would leave me with aches and pains that made it hard to focus on my music. I only just got this brace. The three separate suction cups were not installed and there were no instructions included either. Or hints on how to install the suction cups. The first cup went in after several minutes of 'pushing into the hole and turning'. The second, I got tough and used needle-nosed pliers to force the other edges through the hole after starting the same 'turn and push' routine. The third (and I might have gotten lucky), popped into place after the initial "push and turn" without much fuss. However, once these STUPID suction cups were installed, and I stuck it on my guitar, it worked GREAT! You can adjust the brace to get your classical or acoustic to just the right position to play if you don't the proper chair or footrest. Five out of five stars if not for the suction cup installation issues!

Perhaps others will be more pleased with this than I was. I found it difficult to attach to the guitar and difficult to adjust. For me, it turned out to be more of a nuisance than an aid. The Dynarette pillow may be a better option.

I also own an ergo play and can't help it but to compare both and the result is you get what you paid for.ergo play is better in every way but this is cheaper in price.
