This thumb rest is basically a copy of the buffet adjustable thumb rest. Looks exactly the same. My biggest issues is that the screws that were provided in the bag are just way way too long. Do not use those screws, it will go through the entire body of the instrument into the bore since they are so long. Since the screws are not usable this thumb rest can only be used as a replacement assuming you have the screws from the old thumb rest. If the correct screws had been provided this would have gotten 5 starts.

My clarinets are getting so heavy! This will really help hold my new one stable and not tire me out. My repair guy will put it on for me. I recommend that be done to ensure the safety of your instrument.
