  • This clarinet cork is made from a perennial tree in Portugal. It measures 3.54x1.45x0.07 inches and comes in a 2-piece set that splits 6 strips of cork for clarinets.
  • This kit contains the tools you need to replace the cork in your clarinet, glue, knife, taping, sandpaper, cork paste and 2 pieces of cork.
  • Clarinet cork is a fine, elastic material with small spots for durability, excellent compression and decompression capabilities, good sealing, noise resistance, and abrasion resistance.
  • Soak the new cork in water for 5 minutes, let it dry and cut it to the desired size.
  • When you use it, please apply glue all over the joint of cork and clarinet, leave it for 3 minutes before sticking, then wrap it tightly with a tie and leave it for 24 hours before you can use it. If the insertion is relatively close, please use sandpaper to sand, you can use cork paste for lubrication.

Full kit, with sand paper, cutting tool, cork and glue. The cork is thick like others have mentioned. Just requires some sanding to get it to fit.I recommend watching some videos first.Took 30 -60 minutes to complete, including wait time.

These were bought for my 11 year olds clarinet. They are easy for him to install and fit perfectly. He said the thickness is perfect. Good value for the money.

This kit was pretty good. I had to purchase some Elmer's rubber cement, though, because the glue was seeping out of bottom of the tube and had mostly leaked into the bottom of the bag that everything came in. The cork was a nice quality and the shoe string was a plus because I don't know where my rubber bands are to hold the cork in place while it dries. The sandpaper was a perfect weight and sanded the cork very well. I would purchase this product again.

It's usable if you have your own, fresh contact glue. But then you probably already have a razor blade or box cutter or exacto knife, sandpaper, and a shoestring or rubber band, so just buy a sheet of cork that is actually the correct thickness. This kit is a great idea in concept, to have an all in one solution, that you just open and spend 20-30 minutes to replace the cork. But it only plays out that way if everything in the package works properly..

Probably a skill issues paired with lack of instrument repair knowledge but this kit didn't help at all.I followed the instructions it came with and quickly found out the cork didn't fit the bottom bell ring slot. Even with the tie it came with (It was a cheap shoelace...), I couldn't get it to sit properly.I don't recommend this kit. Seek out a professional woodwinds repair shop. They'll do it better.
