Love these things, they work well every night as long as they get some direct sun a few hrs a day, reviewing these years later and they work great, I literally screwed them into trees and my shed and just have another sitting on my steps,leave them out year round with bright coverage since day one, would buy more

I bought 16 of these about 10 months ago, and mounted 14 of them along my fence in the back yard. Figured I'd have 2 spares when ones failed. Well, almost a year later none of them have failed. They have survived snow and rain like champs. I have them all set to be dim all the time with a bright light when they see motion. They all work well, and by morning, even during short winter days, almost all of them are still on. I do have a couple close to a tree that see the branch motion and turn bright that don't make it to morning, but I guess that's to be expected. For the price, these things are great, and highly recommended. Final note, the 'dim' light does not light up the back yard, just enough to see the outline of the fence. When motion activated, they are very bright and light up the yard. They are only bright for about 30-45 seconds after they see motion, but that is enough for me.

I have only had these for a week now. I really like them. Bright, small, and a great deal. The battery life seems pretty good. They were still lit at 2am last night.Easy to install. They come with 2 mounting options, Double stick tape or better yet screws. Others have commented about the poor quality of the tape. I must concur. Of the 3 I mounted with tape, 2 fell off exactly 2 days later.The color temperature of the light is about 5600. I prefer the white light over yellow as it makes it easier for me to see.

1 did not work on arrival (15th May 2024) and 2 more failed today (18th July 2024). Very disappointing product and I would not recommend buying it.

I installed these solar powered motion lights on the stairways of me decks. They work great! Any motion within a certain area and they pop right on! It's great when coming home and the porch light isn't on, they light right up when pulling in the drive and stay on while walking up the stairs. I am very happy with the purchase of these lights.

1 out of 8 on the set is not working.1 of the light is not functioning and broken.Most likely problem with the battery or with the recharging

I bought the 8-pack and they came mostly charged. I left them in the sun for 2 days and they were charged fully. The motion detection is really good. The light intensity is also great.My issue with these is that all of them have now become tainted in white/gray on the solar panel. This makes them very inefficient (after all, there's a reason why solar panels are black!) so this is very disappointing. I'm sure they may not last more than a few weeks now.It's a shame a I want to get more of them. I will update the review if the seller gets back to me.

Before I installed these units, I let them charge on my deck spaced approximately 2.5-3' apart from one another. I set them to the low light motion sensor setting. Within 3 days one started showing signs of failure - it was dead 4 hours after sunset. I charged it again and it remained on for a short time and died again. Recharge, same thing. While testing that unit, two others started to show the same signs...you guessed it, they died too. I bought 4 boxes and within one week 3 failed, so I am hoping they can last me a while because I love the brightness, they are easy to install, and the motion detection is spot on. The concern I have is how long are they going to last? I didn't give the unit 1 star because the ones that work are awesome, and I couldn't give them 5 with the failures. At best, these are average.... but I have to say, the price point on these.... I love it! I'd recommend taking the risk, buy a bunch of boxes, test them out, and what breaks...send them back. I'll update the review with additional information after I complete additional testing.UPDATE: when I wrote this review, 29/32 were working. Within 30 days 75% were working and 25% either showed that they were not sealed and showing signs of failure, simply failed, or showed that they were rusting. Just received anew box so those will be tested.

Honestly these lights are pretty great, they arrived and most the lights immediately worked, I had an issue where 2 wouldn't turn on so I left them out in the sun for a few days to see if they just need charged and nada. After looking through some of the other reviews I saw someone had the same issue but with more lights not working. So I had contacted the vendor about a replacement and first they tried to give me the run around with getting something replaced which apparently had a 1 year warranty on it. I finally got my 2 lights shipped out after literally needing to inform them that not only has Amazon already offered to cover the damaged product but that I would leave a bad review if I had to go that route. Needless to say they pulled their head out of their rectum and made my order whole. While this review sends mixed signals it's truly an honest review. Good product with underquality customer service.
