Once installed this tub door looks nice. Installing on the other hand is quite a chore. I consider myself a seasoned DIY installer. I have installed 2 custom shower frameless glass enclosures. Both went well. This door is a PIA to install. Instructions are 50% helpful at best. Illustrations are ambiguous and difficult to interpret (small and blurry pictures). There an no YouTube install videos on this particular door I could find. I would suggest professional installation or allow yourself at least 2 days (10-12 hours to install). Plan on making mistakes and have to fill in wrong drilled holes with grout, etc. Lining up all components is critical. You will also need special tools in additional to normal tools. If you have a drill, saw, etc. you will also need tile drill bits and special diamond bits if drilling into cast iron tubs. Possibly more tools depending on your specific install. I would allow a budget of an additional. $150 for special tools. At the end of the day, even with a decent install it was not worth the hassle. Also glass has a "special" coating on one side and don't even think of scraping off caulk, etc. with a razor blade or glass will be permanently scarred beyond repair. I ordered 2 of these but after the first one installed the other one is going back.
