This thing is so cool, and I feel like every tree topper should take design cues from this one. The opening allows it to fit securely on the tree.

I was looking for a St Patrick's Day tree topper. Of all the St Patrick's Day hats on Amazon, that I could find, this was the only one with the classic shape and what I considered a 'true' green. Note that the hat comes flattened in a plastic bag, but when it's unpacked, a spring within the hat expands it nicely, although some of the bling, like the curled bits and the ribbon did need some tweaking. Lastly, the hat is not designed for wearing, as the underside of the hat only has a 4" hole, which we found perfectly suited for placing as a tree topper.
