Very cute and fits true to size! I am 5'7 155 pounds and this top fits great. The buttons stop above my bellybutton so I will probably prefer to wear it with high-waisted bottoms though.

Measurements for a MEDIUM lying flat unstretched are: Bust 19 inches across, length 24 1/2 inches from the shoulder to the bottom of the vest and the arm opening is 10 1/2 inches. This vest is quality crafted and is fully lined. The material is soft and pliable and is made from 100% polyester. The vest has 5 buttons down the front that are white in color lined with gold on the edges. The front has two pockets that measure 5 3/4 inches in width and 6 3/4 inches in height. The pockets are large enough to hold a cell phone, keys or wallet. This vest has allot of detailed stitching that gives it a tailored appearance and a very eye-catching appeal. The color of the vest is white, and it is not see-through due to it being fully lined. The bottom part of the vest at the waistline is slightly flared, adding a nice accent. I am super pleased with this classy, multi-occasion vest and can give it a solid 5-star rating.
