This review is for the GAMKII Churro Maker Machine Stainless Steel Churrro Gun Kit with 4 Discs for Hollow Churro,5 Cookies Discs, 6 Icing Piping Nozzle, Piping Bag, 2 Clean Brushes for Cake Dessert DIY Maker Cookie Press. No instruction come with the press so you are on your own. There is information on the Amazon product page, however. The package has a sturdy churro/cookie press, cleaning brushes, and piping bags with tips.First wash the press and all the little parts. Then find a churro recipe. Churro dough is not that hard to make. Load the dough into the tube and fasten your selected disc. Squeeze the handle to extrude dough into a pot of boiling oil, using scissors to cut the extruded dough to length. Put on an apron. Don't burn yourself.Cook churros a few minutes, blot on paper towels. Result is worth five stars.

There is nothing better than the smell of baking dough. I guess that's my humble opinion, but in any case, this churro maker is perfect for churros, spritz cookies, cheese crackers, frosting etc. I love that it's a multi-tasker.

My nephew requested churros for his birthday instead of birthday cake, so I was excited to give this a try. I have to say right out the gate, I was kind of disappointed that there were NO instructions. Nothing to explain how to assemble it, how to use it, or how to properly clean it. I guess it's assumed that you’ll know how to use a caulking gun (essentially what it is) for making churros.Since I’ve never caulked out a churro, it took me a while to figure out how to use it. It also came with more pieces than is depicted on the side of the box. Again, since I’ve never used something like this I had to figure it out. It took about 10-20 minutes fiddling with it to figure out how to assemble it and take it apart.First, I cleaned it. Because there are no instructions, let me be the one to tell you to clean it first with hot soapy water. It came a bit dusty and you want to be sure to get all the stuff off from the manufacturing process. Make sure you disassemble the entire tube and remove the plunger from the inside of the tube. Then there’s filling the thing. Pretty self-explanatory. Make sure you have the extruding plate (I don’t know what else to call it because there were NO INSTRUCTIONS) installed correctly first, then fill from the other end where the plunger goes. (You’ll have to figure it out on your own because again, no instructions. Good luck.) Once you’ve fussed with it enough to get the churro batter/dough in there (it’ll take some work) and everything is screwed in tight, it’s literally like using a caulk gun. Well, mostly.Extruding the churros is super easy and it’s actually really nice to use this tool to make them. That said, you’ll need kitchen scissors or a knife to cut them off. Make sure you don’t extrude them too high above hot oil if extruding them directly into the fryer or pan. It WILL splash. Get as close to the oil as you can to prevent splashing, squeeze, cut, then repeat.Without instructions this took a lot more time and effort than I had expected. I appreciate the quality of the materials used. It's a pretty solid piece of equipment. I think it might be easier next time I use it after figuring it out but don't leave figuring it out until the morning of a birthday party. HA! I look forward to trying this for other creations, but for now I can only comment on it's function for churros. Those detailed instructions are invaluable for items with a lot of parts.

Press disks’ fit is not exact. Parts fit loosely not necessarily intuitive. There are no instructions or even an assembly guide. There is no webpage. Very irritating for a product that shows much promise for use.
