This was the exact replacement of the high speed radiator fan relay for my 2012 dodge grand caravan. The part came with a mount that fit the existing high speed relay mount position, which made the change very easy. The material was also very high quality compared to aftermarket parts which will help prevent it from melting under the hood.

My grand caravan was having an issue stalling and shutting down when the temperature wast trying to turn on the fan. No diagnosis codes were given but pcm relay was noisy when vehicle was stalling.Never diagnosed by any mechanic. My fan is now on when AC is on. Test drove and no more stalling.
