Cannot mount faucet. Picture don’t match parts. Male mounting screw provided doesn’t fit female faucet screw hole. Waste of time trying to assemble it.

I used this faucet in our tasting room bathroom. It is well made and can run on ac or dc power. If you don't have an outlet nearby you can run it off of batteries. It comes with a mixing valve so you can set just the right temp for your guests. Installation was very easy. it comes with everything you need.

Unfortunately, it would not fit either of the sinks in the two bathrooms we tried it in. If we ever replace the counter/sink in either bathroom, we will try this again. I did hook it up to try it while holding it over the sink. It seemed to work alright. The faucet is very lightweight which had me concerned on how long it would last. We don’t have a plug close to the sink, so we would be using the battery option. If we find another place to use this, I will add more to this review and show it installed. The price was good, if it would work for us.

This is an awful faucet. It WOULD be great, if it came with all the pieces to install it. But it doesn't. The hands free aspect is great and convenient, but we weren't able to secure the faucet down to the sink and use it. Even trying to jury rig it with plumbers putty and piece-mealed nuts to hold it down, it just wouldn't hold.

Was excited to receive this faucet. After removing the old faucet, found out that the hole on the faucet is too small for the supplied 'allthread' for mounting. No way to contact the manufacturer to get the correct parts. I do not recommend.

I am very disappointed because I have look forward to getting one of these in my children's bathroom for a long time My Husband, who has installed every other sink faucet in every house we've ever lived in and actually knows what he's doing was working on it and after multiple trips to the work shed, and Telling me it wasn't gonna work we're just gonna have to call it a loss. The first problem is the bolt is way too large to go in the hole and there's only one bolt in the entire kit so the fact that it does not fit means they are sending the wrong parts. He was able to find one of our own that he could use, but when having it all assembled it continuously sprayed/leaked from the one area that I took a close-up of at the brass connector. He said the black seal going around the brass fitting into the junction where you plug the water line hose in is bad and is not fixable with plumbers tape.
