I’m pretty sceptical when it comes to these kinds of things and thought it was just a gimmick. But they actually do improve the sustain of the Cymbal. I highly recommend. Beware that the colour is not a deep red, mostly red but a slight tinge of orange tone.

I was very skeptical about these products at first. I purchased them as a long lasting cymbal felt alternative. To be honest, I was happily surprised at the tonal difference coming from my cymbals. Great product - totally worth the money!Side Note;Purchase the Gibralter SC-19B (Short Flanged Cymbal Sleeve) along with these. It will make for a much smoother / more stable sound.

Great new product! I use these only on the bottom as these are too thick for my Pearl stands to have on the tops as well. After doing some research they make half height versions but are not sold on amazon...yet.

Love Cympads.... they really work pushes cymbal post and sleeve (recommend using hard plastic sleeve with bottom holder on it and the Cympad sit perfect ..use on top and bottom never need to tighten screws over and over and over after playin for length of time...
