Have used them for a lot of paintings. I use oils but have made copies of my pictures ina much shorter time.

I have enjoyed using this paint set so much that I purchased one for my niece’s gift . The brushes are very nice. Paint quality is very nice. Nice size. Easy to use and video instructions!

This kit has everything you need to start Watercolor.Beautifully put together and the colors are a nice set which are colors I like. Nice variety.I think they will work beautifully with thhe book I bought off Amazon titled-How to Paint Transparent Watercolor Flowers by Olga Koelsch because they are translucent like watercolors

Nice kit with everything you need to begin learning watercolor painting. I like the lessons and the watercolor paper to do them on. My only wish is that I had known that some of the watercolors are not transparent (I prefer transparent). I am enjoying using them.

Let's be very clear: This is a beginner watercolor set.The pigments are absolutely not as intense as artist quality watercolors - BUT, for $30 (at time of purchase), the set gives you 26 tubes of 12ml/0.4 US Fl oz tubes. It also gives you brushes, a travel water brush, A5 size paper to practice with, a very cute mini 7 well (2 mixing area) palette, artist tape...If you're talking about price per item, you've got yourself an incredible deal. I have not seen better on Amazon for the quality. I had considered other options as I am on a budget and purchasing for an event for other adults, not myself, but ended up picking this one.Given one tube of artist quality (high density pigment) watercolor from W&N, Sennelier, Daniel Smith, etc... can run you $10-20 A TUBE, well... I would 100% recommend for beginners. If you're an established artist and you know how intense professional watercolors can get, I would not recommend this set unless you want to play around and have the expendable income.This set is very giftable for people who want to dip their toes and even discover colors they prefer to use.I have not tried the brushes yet, but they look fairly standard synthetic brushes. I prefer the feel and water retention of natural brushes like Sable or Kolinsky Sable (of course), but I think the variety of sizes re: standard round brushes, flat, rigger, is very nice. Notably, the "Size 8" large Round brush is useful for covering more area.I had bought some other inexpensive (like really inexpensive) synthetic brush sets for my event, but they are notably missing this larger round size. So kudos for the brush size variety!Last note: Some of the color names are a bit mispelled and some are not quite accurately named, but I wrote the names exactly according to the names on the tubes if you see the color swatches. Excuse the mess - I was testing the other cheap synthetic brushset xD! Hope this all helps in your decision 🙏Thanks for sticking through the review!
