It’s really nice, but you can’t use the batteries so that you can put it anywhere you want. When you put in batteries, the batteries go bad after one use. I would love to have one that works.

Gave this as a Christmas gift to family and they love it! Fit right in with our fanily gathering on Christmas. Kept it lit, but on silent mode due to high volume of music. Music quality is good-just too loud. I received a globe style lantern several years ago (different company) and always use it on silent mode, so these items are a beautiful addition to Christmas decor, with or without the music! Maybe someone will design one that includes a volume control, but this is a great value for the price.

I wanted a snow globe for decoration for Christmas on my fireplace mantle. I love it because with a battery it place music and the glittering moves around. It has two settings. One with the glitter moving and another with music and glitter. It is a pretty snow globe and my friend say they like it as well.

I was very happy with this lighted snowman scene. It was packaged in a Christmas red decorated box and secure inside with styrofoam. I like the versatility of battery or usb power, it allows for placement anywhere in your decor. The music is slightly louder than for my taste, but still beautiful without the music. The timer is a great feature, letting you forget about turning it on and off. It is well made, heavy and sturdy. The scene swirls with snow when lit. No worries on this purchase, well worth the money.

I do a 12 days of Christmas gift with my Grandson. I chose a musical, lighted snow globe for one of the gifts each year. My Grandson is now 9 years old and he loves each and everyone one of his snow globes! For this one I chose the Christmas tree shaped Santa's list. It is gorgeous and heavy I would say 3-4 pounds. I always take it out immediately and charge it with USB so it is ready to go for him once opened. If you would prefer you can add 3AA batteries instead of the USB. There are three modes: light up with music, light up only, and off. The switch is on the bottom of the globe. It plays six different songs. Yes, there is no volume control for the music, his parents do not mind that and neither does he. There is a built-in timing function that will automatically turn off when it has been on for 6 hours, and will automatically turn on after 18 hours of closing. This snow globe was WELL packaged in the box with styrofoam for the globe to fit in. Comes in a decorated box as well! Be sure to turn it around to the back side while it is lit up as it is beautiful. In all the years that I have been buying these I have never had one that has flaws or does not still work today. This is a "thing" for me and my Grandson. I look forward to giving it every year and his parents sending me a video of his face lit up with each and every one!

This is cheerful, bright, and so pretty. I wanted a snow globe for my desk and like the idea of constant motion vs shaking. I expect usual battery life yet because I put in my usual brand of batteries, but I am using the USB cord since I use it all day. It is set to run for 6 hrs at a time and will turn back on the next day for the same hour interval. I just restart it because the work day is longer. The sample music is representative of what you hear and can be a little tinny in some songs. Other sings are softer sounding. I don't use the music function because it is an item on my work desk.
