This ornament storage box is really nice… except it’s missing a piece! It seems to be sturdy and well made and it looks nice. The first one I received was missing the bottom support piece (or bottom mat, as referenced in the assembly instructions). When I contacted Amazon they sent me a replacement. I received the replacement today, and it is also missing the bottom support piece. Very disappointing because I’d love to give it 5 stars, but I’m guessing this whole lot may be missing the piece.

I bought several different storage bags for Xmas decorations and this one was the best by far. The tray bags were a great asset that helped organize and pack the bag in a quicker way. Will be looking to buy more of these!

Love the concept - but it came without one of the main parts. Returning since other folks said the same thing - and weren’t able to ever get the part.

Best used with medium and smaller ornaments which we have plenty of. The trays are not deep enough to use with larger balls, but we have larger cases for those . Nice sized case to be able to fit into limited storage areas. With the modular design of the tray's dividers, they can accommodate elongated shapes as well. Very nice straps for carrying.
