Finally took the lights off our tree last night and I was amazed that all my lights fit on these 3 rolls and fit inside the carrier! So worth the money! It took me so long to untangle my lights this November and I’m pretty sure I won’t have any issues next November! Great product!!!

I was able to fit two 33’ strings of mini LED lights on each reel or one 33’ string of C9 LED lights. However, once lights are on the reels I can only fit two reels into the bag instead of three. This is fine, though, because I didn’t purchase these for the storage bag. I keep the reels in totes anyways.Aside from the storage bags not being large enough, the reels work great and seem plenty sturdy and durable. It took me a minute to figure out how to put them together because each reel comes in two pieces. But otherwise they’re exactly as described.

I got these for my lights for my Christmas tree. They are so easy to put together. They make it easy for them to not get tangled um and comes with a great storage bag

This is a far more convenient way to store string lights! No more tangling or wondering what box the lights went in last year. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.As far as cons go, our only real issues were trying to wrap icicle lights around the reels. It wasn’t too difficult to do, but it makes the lights so bulky that it’s difficult to fit them back into the storage bag. Also found out the hard way that if you wrap too many lights around the reels, you won’t be able to get all the reels to fit back inside the bag. But, it was our first time using these and our overall experience was still really positive. We will probably buy another next Christmas.

Ignore the cover photo that says “Includes TWO stainless steel reels. There really are three. Instructions would help. It’s not immediately apparent how to put them together but after I saw the screw it was clear that you have to unscrew the pair and then flip one half and screw them together again. That said this is a solid metal reel MUCH better than the typical cheap plastic contraptions they often sell for Xmas light storage. The carrying case is also nice. Plan to buy more!!

Label is misleading.Pictures show actual dimensionsMy light strings are 43.1 ft according to box.I got 2 strings per reel.I would say you could get about 100ft of the mini lights per reel. How carefully you wind your light can make a big difference. My pictures show reels that were wound without being too careful—meaning I could have gotten more length onto the reel if I was more careful.3 reels with light strings DOES fit in the bag. Several people indicated otherwise. They did not even try. See pics.The label says stainless steel. — not true. They are coated mild steel. Stainless steel is generally not magnetic. Low grade stainless is slightly magnetic. Magnet sticks to these Reels with no problem. I did not ding them on this since the Amazon ad did not claim stainless. And I was not expecting stainless steel for these prices. I did not want plastic. Plastic gets brittle over time and fails.Label and Amazon ad claim 12 “ reels. They are 10 5/8 inch diameter. The bag is about 12” diameter so you can slightly over wind the reels and still fit in bag and effectively get 12”? I did not deduct my rating for this since I knew about this before I purchased—thanks to other reviews here.Overall these are good storage reels for Christmas lights . I am very happy with my purchase. Product is good quality and met my expectations. . I would buy again.

I am very very happy with these. I was able to fit two 300 bulb heavy duty outdoor led strings on each reel or five of the 150 bulb indoor led mini lights PER reel. All three reels fit easily in the bag - at first I didn’t think they would as when I placed the third wheel on top of the other two (all fully loaded with lights), it looked like it was too tall for the bag to close but when I pulled the zippers the bag pulled itself up and closed easily. I am so happy with these that I came back and bought more, four total and would love to get one more but now they are sold out for this year. This is such a great way to store lights, I used to have them in this huge plastic bin that was so heavy it took both of us to lift it. This so much easier, I wish I had found these years ago.

This made storing the lights so easy! I can't wait to see how easy it is to remove and put lights up next year. When I was reading reviews I noticed lots of questions about how many this would hold and I could not find answers to that either to know how many to order.1 order comes with 1 storage bag and three wheels. It is labeled as 12" wheels but they are 10"...On one spool (wheel) I was able to fit two 50 light strands of the large bulb lights. The second I put two 100 light strands of the small bulbs with room to spare. The third I put my last 50 light strand of large bulbs and three 50 light strands of the small, with room to spare.The large bulbs stick out between and to the sides of the wheels. So sticking into the bag is a bit tricky, and you feel like you are going to squish the bulbs. I got them all in but the bag could be a little bit bigger to fit them all in.
