I use the board for my night time routine and I love it. It reminds me what I have done yet or not. My only complaint is the backing to stick it to the wall was to thin so I couldn’t use it and the places where the sticker used to stick it to the wall did stick it ripped the paint off the wall

They do give you several pieces of paper in case you need to change your lists.It works since we added only things that are done every night, but if it was erasable I could have added temporary items too.

The tricky part is assembling them - when you open them up to put a new chore sheet in, the little plastic sliders/toggles tend to fall out, so you then have to balance keeping them in place and not letting the paper sheet slip.What you end up with is usually giving up on lining up the paper perfectly, but it works for the kids. Some of the toggles tend to be tougher to slide than others, as well.
