I’ve had this product for over a year now and it’s still working. At first, it would charge but after 3 months, it stopped working. Until I realized that it has to be plugged in all the time because if it’s not, it doesn’t work. But I still love the product because it still dispenses water, slowly but that’s okay. It takes a good 40 seconds to fill up a big gulp cup from 7-11. Easy to install and remove. Overall it’s a good product and I would recommend it to others.

This dispenser fits well on my 3 gallon jugs with a 50mm mouth, using one of the silicone caps included with it. Relatively quiet, no drips. Seems to recharge well, but we've only been using it for 6 days. It takes quite a while to pump enough water to boil pasta, for example. But definitely a good item that does what we need with no muss or fuss.

While it is slightly loud, and splashes a bit more than I’d prefer, I love this pump. It’s the best purchase I’ve made in a while. I was sick of buying so many jugs of water, or water bottles, or filter replacements. I decided a 5 gal jug and one of these pumps had to be a better solution, and I was right! It comes with two adapters for a snug fit.The charge lasts a long time, I have had to charge it once in the last month. The slow is fast, but again it is a bit splashy but that’s hardly a big deal. The sound is louder than expected, so if you live with a light sleeper it may not be ideal for late night water refills. Would definitely buy again.

This looked like a convenient way to get water out of my bigger (3 gallon) water bottles and boy has it been nice! I no longer have to try to pour a glass of water from these larger bottles nor do I have to turn it upside down to put into another kind of dispenser. The original setup and charging the battery was easy as was moving between bottles & recharging the battery. The battery lasted through several bottles (14-18 gallons is my guess, but it might have been more). My bottle openings are slightly smaller than the size mentioned in the description, but the included cap has made the connection tight enough that I don't worry about it coming loose during use. This dispenser was easy to take between two locations (I placed it inside a sealable plastic bag for travel). It's not incredibly fast - fills my 20 oz cup in about 25 seconds, but it's reasonable and I like that the motor isn't very loud. There appears to be an automatic shut off after about 1/3 of a gallon which I find to be a nice feature. As expected, when the water gets pretty low (final glass or so), I've needed to tip the container a little in order to get the last of the water to go through the spout.
