Got it this morning already using it, it's so cute. I haven't used one of the logs yet just built a small fire to try it out.

I love this thing!! My back deck is small and not enclosed. I have an awful time with mosquitos. I used this today after I got it, and I only saw one or two. What I learned is that it needs to get going well prior to reaching the full effect of the repellent.

This is a seller you can trust! Our original chiminea came with a chip in it, so we contacted the seller, who replaced it immediately. The replacement is perfect! And after reading many reviews complaining about the difficulty breaking the skeeter logs into a smaller size, I was very happy to find out that the logs break easily with a twist of the wrist, like breaking a large carrot. And the size of the chiminea is perfect for our small patio!

Don’t purchase! Very low quality & so delicate it came completely broken in half!Worse thing is Amazon will not accept return because of the flammable material.3rd party company is also very difficult to work with will not communicate well & even after I’ve sent pictures of how it has arrived they have not given me a refund at all & haven’t even attempted to resolve the situation!I continue to call Amazon daily & they continue to give Amazon the run around asking me for the same thing over & over which are these pictures I’m posting now!Don’t purchase because it’s so poorly built!If it arrives to you damaged youL have no recourse & Amazon can’t seem to force the company to refund me my money!

Product came broken. But customer service replaced it with their new steel chimney if I bought 2 logs.... Which was fine. The logs work great, I will break then into pieces for shorter sessions outside. The only problem is they don't stay smoking... I found the epilation is just add a few prices of lump under the log to keep it going

First impressions: The Chimenea is small, f course I wasn't expecting a huge one. So if you expect a big chimenea, this is not for you. It came in the mail very well packaged. The box was very sturdy and had lots of protection. The Chimenea came in without any damage. It has 3 big logs as described in the description. They work well. The company included a seed pen and a letter to the customer, which I thought it was a nice touch.

I love this chiminea ! I have bought many things on Amazon and never felt inclined to write a review . This chiminea is sooo nice ,it’s easy to light and it gives a satisfying feeling watching the flames dance . I also like that it is easy to control and I feel safe using it in my small backyard . When your done using it ,it doesn’t take long to get it out . Overall I am very impressed very much worth the money.
