For the full-size bed conversion, you will need the full-size bed rails (F06401, sold separately).

Item was orders as a set but changing table came one day and crib came 3 days later. The crib came with no instructions so we had to YouTube it. Overall not happy with service. Size is great. Value is ok just upset that is was missing instructions.
