The Fit2 Base is designed for use with the Fit2 Car Seat, a first-of-its-kind rear-facing infant and toddler car seat designed with two unique positions, making it easy to stay rear-facing for the first two years (car seat sold separately). A built-in stage-position lever lifts easily to convert the car seat base from Stage 1 to Stage 2 with one motion, creating extended leg room and more upright, spacious seating for growing toddlers.

Two Unique Positions for Infants & Toddlers
In Stage 1, the Fit2 baby car seat functions like a traditional rear-facing seat for infants, offering more reclined seating with removable head and body support to accommodate newborns and smaller infants from birth to 12 months. In Stage 2, the Fit2 easily transitions into a rear-facing toddler car seat, offering a more mature seating position for toddlers from 9 to 24 months – without taking up extra space in the vehicle!

From the makers of the top-rated KeyFit, the Fit2 is designed with smart functionality that makes it the easiest to install simply, accurately and securely—every time. The base features a one-hand-operated ReclineSure leveling foot and two RideRight bubble level-indicators to achieve and verify proper angle in the vehicle seat. Premium LATCH connectors and a force-multiplying SuperCinch tightener help achieve a secure fit with a fraction of the effort! Plus, an integrated stabilizer bar increases surface contact between the base and vehicle seat, providing added support and leverage for a secure install. The base is also designed with easy belt routing and integrated lock-offs for alternate installation with the vehicle seat belt. An enclosed underside helps protect vehicle seats from damage.

The Chicco Fit2 car seat base is incredibly easy to install. It’s definitely worth the price for the added convenience of easily getting my granddaughter’s car seat carrier in and out. I know she is safe and secure with this base. It provides peace of mind and makes our outings so much smoother.

These fit perfectly in our Honda crv and accord. The installation takes no more than 2 minutes. I recommend getting a seat protector to go under these (or any other base) to save your car seat!This brand is extremely versatile and user friendly. Easily just drop your car seat into the base and you get a satisfying CLICK when it’s fully in.

I bought this so I could use the carseat my grandson uses in his parents' cars. I bought it from the Marketplace for an incredible price. The box had been opened, but the base was still in the unopened plastic wrapper. So, brand new. Perfect for grandma in my car.

This base makes 7am pickup of grandson SO easy! I pull up, son brings him out and “clicks” him in and I am off with him to my house. It also makes it so easy to take him out for errands bc I can “click” him in and out quickly & confidently knowing he his safe.

Bought our travel system from buybuybaby. Needed an extra base. It was significantly more expensive at BBB. For the same exact base, it was cost effective, it’s easy to use. A little difficult to install. But I feel safe with my newborn in it. Fits the chicco bravo primo trio travel system.
