CP7823 is a Heavy Duty 1/4 Ratchet with Swivel Head! It gets around all the corners and even in places other 1/4-Inch ratchets can't. The new CP7823 with it's 90 degree swivel head technology will allow mechanics to change the head orientation to match the application. Features 250 RPM of speed with rear exhaust and 15 ft/lbs. torque. Ratchet is compact and lightweight. Ideal for under dashboards, small engine, and all small fasteners.

I've had this ratchet for a few years now, and it has become my go-to tool for small fasteners. It doesn't have a whole lot of torque, but can handle most smaller nuts and bolts well enough and is great for getting in to those tight spaces where my bigger ratchet won't go, especially with the swivel head. I have mine on a 3-ft whip with a swivel on the end to make it even more maneuverable. Also, it's much faster than my larger ratchet, which is nice.If you're just starting out and can only afford one air ratchet, I would probably recommend something a little bigger with more torque. If you're looking for an additional ratchet however, this one is great to have in your collection.

this is the best ratchet ever designed for doing interior work and work in close quarters. not alot of torque, but for those kinds of jobs, that isn't really the primary concern.
