These are top of the line popover cups. They are constructed of heavy material with a great non stick coating, and the hot air circulates evenly around each cup. They perform beautifully. Easy clean. What a great purchase!

I made Yorkshire pudding for our Christmas dinner. I like this pan better than the Wilton because it has more of a taper on the bottom and the popovers really puff up nicely. It’s made well, non-stick and easy to clean and to take in & out of the oven. Definitely recommend.

It is fine. It’s a popover pan.

I like the slanted sides and depth of the popover cups. In the past, I used regular muffin tins. This seemed to do a much better job. I also chilled the covered batter for at least an hour in the refrigerator and preheated the greased pan in the preheated over for 10 minutes before adding the batter and baking. They came out perfect.

After seeing popovers/Yorkshire pudding served with a Sunday roast on a travel log, I had to try. Very easy to use. The popovers rose really high, cooked evenly, and there was no sticking. Very happy 😋

These popover pans, (or ones designed similarly...) are THE pans that will produce decent popovers. Popovers rise because putting warm batter in a heated pan which then gets put in a 400 degree oven quickly heats the batter and produces steam inside the popover which inflates it before the batter touching the metal pan and the top of the popover become firm, which keeps the steam trapped and the popover inflated. In my experience, silicone popover pans didn't transmit heat fast enough to make the popover batter start steaming before the batter got too firm to expand. Your mileage may have varied. I put a lot of butter in the heated pan right before I put in the butter and the finished popovers come out somewhat crisp around the edges and come out of the pan very easily without sticking.

Not as deep as I’d hoped, but good quality
