I bought 2 of these warming trays for the holidays and have used them several times for parties as well. Fits several dishes and all my food was kept warm. When I lifted the lids off my food, you could see the steam rising. Best thing I purchased.

Very nice product. It looks good on a buffet table, it is easy to use, it cleans well, and it held 2 glass 12 x 9 dishes. On high, it will burn the bottom of your food but on low or medium it kept things warm for hours. Slim design so easy to store.,

We bought this for a party my wife was having.We brought the warmer out, turned it on for the first time.Somebody decided to move it farther back on the counter top.Pushed it against the tile corner on the wall and the tempered glass top shattered.You would think that they would have the stainless steel outer frame that would protect the glass top, but noooo.Tempered glass is really strong straight on, but very easy to break by hitting the edge.Definitely our fault, but could have been designed better.

Bought as a gift for my cousin since she hosts alot of events. She absolutely loves it. Kept appetizers hot and then roasted broccoli and potatoes nice and hot for christmas dinner without burning them on the bottom.The seperation between the counter and the unit was comforting as I was worried about the mat style from other brands damaging her counter. This one was perfect because it has the legs so its not directly on the counter. Well functioning and Very easy to clean just like a glass top stove if anyone spills.Would purchase again for sure and my cousin raved it was an amazing gift she will use all year long.Great gift for anyone who wants a warm place to have food for buffet style events or parties.

This food warmer did its job. Keep my food warm when I hosted a party. Quality is good like they said. Only thing is it made with glass surface, we need handle with care. Easy to use and clean. The price is right too I am happy to buy it because I can serve warm food for my family and guests 😊

I purchased this electric warming tray for Thanksgiving 2024, and it was absolutely fantastic! It kept all my dishes warm throughout the meal, making hosting much easier.I had initially seen rolling mat-style heating trays all over social media, but I was worried—despite claims otherwise—that they might get too hot underneath and damage my countertops or wooden furniture like my buffet. After some research, I found this traditional, sturdy warming tray, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.This tray is thoughtfully designed. It stays cool underneath, so there’s no risk to your surfaces. The temperature controls are easy to use, it’s simple to clean, and the build quality is excellent. I purchased the Chefman Electric Warming Tray in preparation for an upcoming holiday party. To test it out beforehand, I used it for the first time tonight, and overall, I'm pleased with its performance.The tray is sleek, stylish, and incredibly easy to use, making it a great addition to any buffet setup. The large 21” x 16” glass-top surface is perfect for keeping multiple dishes warm simultaneously. When I set it to the max temperature, it kept everything perfectly heated—lids came off with visible steam, showing it maintained the food at an ideal serving temperature.However, I’m giving it four stars because the temperature gauge lacks markings to indicate specific heat levels. This made it impossible to know precisely how hot the surface was, so I defaulted to the max setting to ensure my dishes stayed warm.Despite this minor flaw, I’m confident it will serve me well during my party. Its modern design complements any decor, and the functionality is exactly what I need for entertaining. If the temperature control were clearer, it would be a five-star product.

This review is for 21x16 Chefman Electric Warming Tray. This has been a blessing for the issues that can rise when guests arrive at various times. It is easy to use, elegant and keeps the food warm. The adjustable temperature makes it easy to modulate serving needs as time passes. The size is ideal for holding three medium to small heat tolerant serving trays. Most of our serving was for 4-6 people. It has a glass top, I am glad I did not notice this at the time, it would have made me less inclined to make the purchase. The extra gentleness while putting it away and storing it is well worth the effort, plus the glass top turned out to be a blessing, it makes it so easy to clean. We had spills of rice, gravy etc. Once the unit is cold, a sponge with dish soap and a wipe with a wet towel, took care of everything. I keep it in its original bag and box, and use the original side foams (I use duck tape to re-enforce the box). It stores well under the bed. The only issue that needs attention is that the bottom of the unit heats-up, it has to be placed on fire resistant material. We set it on top of an old barbecue outdoors, on top of the stove (when not in use) or extra large cookie sheet, or granite countertop indoor. We used it on many occasions and have not had any issues with the knob or the way it heats.

Good product. Only one issue, if a glass or ceramic dish is placed on the glass surface, it tends to slip while pouring food.

Got two of these trays for dinner parties, because I was tired of the food getting cold by the time the 4th or 5th person got around to getting food. These warming trays are the perfect item. They look elegant, with black glass, stainless steel around the sides, nice carrying handles, and thermostat control on the side. The range goes from warm all the way up to hot, in fact, hot enough to be too hot to touch Each tray is large enough to hold about 4-5 dinner sized plates, and will keep your food warm to hot for the entire meal. No regrets getting these, and would definitely recommend to anyone who entertains, or even for those who just want to have their food kept warm / hot for the entire meal.
