Used product to make mini-muffins, they baked well and the non-stick worked as advertised. I will say the tray was hard to grip to remove from oven; my pot holders/oven mitts did slip and made it difficult to grasp. I suggest using a silicone or sure grip mitt. Overall pleased with product.

This is a really nice heavy duty baking pan, so when you place it in a preheated oven, it doesn't warp. Nothing will stick to the pan as long as you spray with oil. The molds are welded and not seamless, so when you clean it, make sure you are cleaning the seams where oil and batter gets trapped. Cleaning is easy. When I hand wash my Twinkie pan, I use a dish towel and a soft brush. After washing the pan, I wipe it dry with a dish towel or a paper towel.

I made my own savoiardi (lady finger cookies) from scratch. It was really easy and this pan was perfect for them. I used them to make tiramisu. The pan size could be a little larger, and it is surprisingly heavy for its size but it is so very sturdy. It is super easy to clean. I didn’t spray the pan or anything but the cookies didn’t stick very much, though I didn’t have to use a rubber spatula to pray them off and scrape the little bit of batter that stuck from each one. The only thing I didn’t like was how hard it would be to remove from the oven. You can place it in the oven, but to remove it with a hot pad there is no room to grab the pan, so I baked them on a preheated airbake farberware baking sheet and removed the whole sheet to side the little pan into the top of the oven for each batch.

This has been super useful for baking bite size things for my family. It’s been used in my toaster oven that can bake and fits the standard regular size toaster oven. The non stick coating has cleaned really well each time and the pan hasn’t even started changing color even after 50 uses. Great purchase. Would own 1 or 2 more if I had the space to store more. Perfect for our small apt use.

I love this pan! I bought it to make cheesecake brownies. Be sure to grease pan well or you will have a hard time getting out the brownies or cake. Easy to clean.

First run test, came out great. Just a box mix of Pumpkin Spice muffin mix, for the fall days. And decided to use the mini muffin paper wrappers. 2/3 full of batter. Cooked through evenly. Some heads rose high and touch the pan but still came loose easily. That baked on batter rinsed off with a little pressure with ease. Just pay attention if using a box mix, the time is reduced for the mini muffins vs the normal sized pan. So ready faster! If you use a normal box mix, you will have leftover batter to make 6 regular sized muffins as well (just note, the normal sized muffins will take a few more minutes - as listed on the box.) We will use this pan for bite sized treat tray for the winter holidays! I plan to buy a few more of these trays too!

Even though I don't have trouble making macarons, I can never get them all to be the same size. Hence my purchase of the Chefmade Macaron pan. I'm so glad I gave it a chance! The first time I used it I had a little trouble getting the macarons out of the pan without them sticking, but that was because they were a little underbaked. Once I popped them back in the oven for another minute or two and tried again they slipped right off so easily and with no sticking. The bottoms of the macarons came out perfectly smooth. This pan really is nonstick and a quick wipe with a paper towel was all it took to clean it afterwards. I'm very happy with this purchase and am planning to buy a couple more to make bigger batches.A few very small issues were that it is quite hard to get the pan out of the oven as there are no handles. I placed it on another baking sheet before putting it in the oven that way it would be easier to remove. That solved that problem and the macarons still baked perfect. The pan is also a little bit on the smaller side, I think the macarons could be considered mini macarons, but I actually liked how these little bite sized ones look. However, it would still be nice to have a slightly larger option as well. Overall, the pan seems to be of very good quality and I would definitely recommend it.
