My husband bought me one of these pans a few years ago so I can make cheesecakes. It worked so great, I loved it so much that I bought another one. I love how it has a water bath pan that comes with it so I don’t have to bother with anything else.

This is the best!! Makes making a cheesecake a piece of cake. No mess and no need to wrap the pan with tin foil.

I love this pan. I just put water in the bottom part then put cheesecake part on top. I don’t have to worry about wrapping aluminum foil around it then sitting that in water.

I own a restaurant, am a pastry chef and I currently have four of these pans. They are used in a commercial kitchen and they hold up beautifully. The only time my cheesecakes crack now is when they are left cooking for too long. Otherwise, they come out perfect every time! The key to a good cheesecake is to cook them for 65 minutes (for one cheesecake) or 80 minutes (for two). When the cooking time is done, turn off the oven and let them sit inside for three hours (they continue cooking and setting). Then remove from oven and place in fridge uncovered overnight.

It works! Wife was tired to trying to keep her cheesecake pan inside a water bath and/or having her cheesecakes crack. I knew there had to be a setup to address this - amazon to the rescue again! She made to cheesecakes, one for Thanksgiving and one for Christmas, both came out flawless. Definitely recommend.
