I will tell you why I simply love this ladle.1.) It is CHEAP. :)2.) Cheap doesn't mean low quality. It is well made without fancy handle or decoration with emboss costing you more money... It is usable and functional.3.) It has decent size scoop. With just two scoops, you can ladle little over 1/2 of your pot. :)4.) Most of all it is VERY VERY VERY lightweight.5.) Very easy to hold.6.) I use it religiously, whenever I make soups, chili, etc.I recommend this ladle to everyone who doesn't want to break their bank account but still want something that is functional and easy to use.Happy Amazon Shopping, my friends. :)

If you've noticed that your eggs slide away from those Teflon-safe cake turners, this is the answer. An old fashioned, cheap, thin, metal cake turner. Use on any pan without a nonstick coating. Great for iron skillets or grills. Flips pancakes without bending them in at the edges. I've looked for this in stores for years. Thank you for carrying an old standby. (My old one's handle had an unfortunate--read stinky--melt on the edge of an iron skillet. So be careful where and how you rest the plastic handle.)

It's exactly what I was hunting for. Right size and shape, all that. Great for the price. buy a back up. These types of spatulas are weak at the rivets. Eventually they all crack across the top, but they last quite a while and are inexpensive. I have several in case one breaks. If you need it to be double duty as a scraper type spatula, look for one that is built all in one without the rivets. Be careful, though, because the cheap ones are useless. They bend easily across the handle.

The plastic utensils these days just seem to push food around!! These are the bee’s knee’s in utensils!

This bends very easily. I was looking for something more sturdy. It works okay but not for anything heavy. I don’t use it too much as my old one is much better. Was hoping to get the same quality. I’ll get it at the store next time.

This spatula (the "blade" part) is not made out of spring metal like the old style it resembles. Instead it is cheap pot metal. When you bend it to flip something, the metal does not spring back, like it should, but bends permanently. I would imagine it will just break off after a few uses. I returned it. Save your time. As far as I can tell, nobody today makes a good working spatula - have to search the thrift stores.

This shows the truth of the old saying, "You get what you pay for"! This spatula is cheap and too flimsy. The handle is not on securely. The metal spatula part is very thin and easily bent when you try to lift something out of a frying pan. I have already had to straighten it. So I doubt it will last even a couple of months.
