#1 it is not dishwasher safe, as mine got warped first time cleaning in the dishwasher. #2, it comes apart by pushing the filter for the waste out of the front, and it pops off the front. It was quite the battle to keep it from popping off while operating. I got perhaps 4 uses out of it before it broke. Then, they do not write back when you submit a customer request. Thanks to Amazon for giving me a partial refund.

This is a total scrap item. The juicer I got has a broken chute and a broken part is attached to the cover. Also, it is missing two Juice screens/Fine strainer. Also makes much more noise while turning it on.Returning it right away.

I use this for about 3 weeks, then the mouth piece got stuck, tried everything to remove it but it wouldn't budge. Meaning i had fruit stuck inside going bad. I also cant put the transparent part back in so. The machine is now useless to me after using it for about 3 weeks.Overall, the Machine works great, i loved it while i could use it. I guess I just had bad luck.

Loved this juicer the first time i used it. I juiced a BUNCH of fresh ginger (peeled) for ginger shots, and there was SO much juice compared to my last juicer. The attachments are easy to clean as well. However, after the second time of using it, the attachment on the front popped off and broke the plastic holding it in. It is now not usable, which is not fair seeing that I can't get a refund. Won't purchase this brand again.

The transparent plastic piece broke at the tip making it impossible to insert the nozzle. Without being able to attach the nozzle piece the machine is useless. After contacting the company they sent a replacement juicer of the same model even though all I needed was the removable transparent piece. The exact same piece broke again with the second unit and now the warranty expired (one year warranty is too short for kitchen appliances imo). If you plan on juicing for no more than six times a year then this is the juicer for you. Also, the nozzle is too short so it makes a mess on the kitchen table every time.

I have just used my juicer for the first time. I did not know what to expect and am pleasantly surprised. Real thought went into it's construction. It is easy to use and comes with an extra strainer. ( thoughtful)! It meets my needs, which is approx 6 to 8 oz. of kale, celery, carrot, and apple on a regular basis. I don't intend to use it for anything else. I want to increase my calcium intake as I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis.I live in a studio and the kitchen counter space is small. This juicer does not take up much room. The pulp of kale and carrot is dry. The celery is a bit wet, but LOTS more celery juice is in the container than the pulp. I make smoothies in my kitchen blender every morning so I am used to cutting the kale up fine. Its not a sacrifice. Based on the size and price of the blender, in my view, it's a good idea. Also, I bought a warranty, but recognize I didn't need to. Live and learn. It is under warranty for a year from the manufacturer. They will address any issue, but I need to pay the shipping. For the price I don't think it would be worth it. If something occurs that would be worth sharing I will edit this review.

It's good for smaller jobs, and it chews up veggies and fruits really well.

This is great. Much quieter than I thought. Setup in a few min, made some carrot juice, then read the directions ;) For softer hit > for harder veg >> very simple to use. Just finished cleaning it, also took a few minutes. Might need a smaller brush for the nossle bit, but otherwise that also worked out well. Lunch was amazing!

I was so excited to get this cold press juicer. I purchased to do Concord grapes. The first time using was amazing, second time was not as good as the first, the third time was a complete disappointment many seed fragments escaped into the juice and my jelly is now a hazard that will likely cause a broken tooth. I think I need a commercial juicer. I'm sure if you are doing small quantities infrequently this juicer will meet your needs.

I decided to test this out with three juicing ingredients I've had trouble with using a centrifugal juicer. The first is kale (because it's so dry), the second cucumber (because it's so wet), and the third was an orange peel and all (because it's tough). It handled all of them just fine. The kale wasn't bad being shoved down the chute whole, but benefitted from being pushed after with something like apple. The cucumber was still a bit juicy in the pulp output, enough so that I put it in a nut milk bag to squeeze out a few more ounces of moisture. So while it could have been more efficient, it still worked better than my old juicer. The orange went through just fine and was remarkably dry considering it's another high moisture ingredient. (But don't juice it with a peel like I did though unless you like bitter!) All in all a vast improvement over a centrifugal juicer in how much it juiced from the given amount of produce. Not sure how it compares to other masticating juicers, having not tried those, but I'm happy with the results. it's a clear step up from a centrifugal juicer. The juicer was a breeze to set up - I didn't even need to look at the instructions. It is just as clear and straight forward to take apart to clean. I really appreciate how much easier it is to clean than my old juicer - it takes me maybe five minutes to wash and rinse.About the only thing on cleaning I'd recommend is having a small bristle bottle brush for cleaning out the hole the pulp comes out. Seems easy enough to poke out leftover pulp and clean, but with the bottle brush it was faster to get a good cleanup. The provided brush for cleanup works great on all the other areas you may want to reach. And I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. My old juicer was a noisy monster that scared the cat out of the kitchen. He actually sat on the counter watching me juice with this one, it was so much quieter. I'd rate it as on par with running a mixer, though I am pretty sure my mixer is actually louder.Since my initial test runs I've tried a number of ingredients as I made my juices. I've been happy with how it handled everything from celery to ginger. Seems like a perfect fit for squeezing some extra vegetables into my day.
