CHEFS RECOMMENDED

Hi, I am Amelia, the handmade nut milk enthusiast. I have been keen on beverages without any additives since I was a child.

The cheesecloth is wrapped in vacuum packaging. I am surprised that its holes are much smaller than the one I bought before. I enjoy the process of using it to straining almond milk, soy milk, tofu, creamy yogurts, brew coffees and strawberry juice.

eFond Grade 100 Cheesecloth, a Good Helper in my Life.

TIPS FOR UNBLEACHED PURE COTTON CHEESECLOTH

  • The hemmed Cheesecloth is made of unbleached pure cotton. You may find something like black particles on the unbleached pure cotton cheesecloth when you are ready to use it. Please don’t worry. That’s cottonseed hull, a natural impurity on cotton and harmless, just put it into a pot and boil it with water at least 15 minutes.
  • If there are residues in the middle of cheesecloth, you may gently scrub with your hands and rinse them with running water.

These are the perfect size for all my projects. I've only used one so far since it's durable and dries fairly quick.

I use for making oat milk. I pour the blend through a wire strainer into a cheesecloth lined bowl and squeeze. These are neatly made, tight weave and clean up easier than strainer bags.

These are great for making tofu, they don’t take much space in the kitchen, good value for the money and very easy to wash. The mesh quality is very high and universal, draining was great and!

This is a larger size than called for for my tofu press, but the package cost a lot less per cloth than the cheesecloth recommended for my tofu press. Other than size, everything else is the same. My first batch of tofu turned out great, and I was really surprised at how strong and durable these cloths are. They wash up easily and dry very quickly on the line. As much as I was “working” them to squeeze out the last bit of soy milk from the okara, I was surprised the cloth did not tear. It’s very strong and gets the job done.
