This was cheap but you get what you pay for. A lot of the fittings are all over the place. I had to buy a ton of adapters. I replaced the first one I bought and now I am having the same problem with this one. The cold side is not giving much water so if I run the faucet for any decent amount of time it gets very hot. Very inconvenient. Maybe I installed it incorrectly, but since two different faucets have the same problem I doubt it. I love the look. I replaced the terrible faucet in my apartment. Happy to have it. Wish it worked better.

Works great for my elderly grandfather who has dementia and was leaving the sink on all the time

Appears very high quality but only time will tell how well it resists corrosion, leaks, maintains appearance etc. The sensor is perfectly calibrated.Only 2 things not to like:1. No oil rubbed bronze option.2. The under sink water connections to the faucets can only be hand tightened given the design. There are two o rings and no leaks but left me a little nervous not being able to snug up the connections with a quarter turn of a wrench.

We bought this because we had an elderly parent move in and would forget to turn off the faucet. It has been a great way to provide dignity and convenience! When we installed it, it had a little leak in on of the hoses. We contracted the manufacturer and they responded quickly. After working through a few troubleshooting steps, they determined we needed a new part. They shipped it to us immediately. We are very glad we installed this!

I decided to try out a motion sensor faucet after I noticed how much water I use whenever I wash dishes. It's cumbersome to turn on and off the faucet if I have too many items to wash, so I figured a motion sensored one will do the trick. My purchase of this faucet has proved to be an excellent decision. It was easy to install and operate. It uses 4 AA batteries for power and the operation manual claims the power consumption is so low that the batteries can last up to 2 years with avg 300 usage per day, which I can't verify until the battery runs out. I think another benefit of the hands-free operation is that if I ever touch raw food, I can turn on the faucet and have it ready for me when I need to wash my hands without cross contamination. The motion sensor detects the presence of the object in-front of it pretty well. The head swivels, but it doesn't have a pull down sprayer. Since I don't really need that, it works out well for me. Overall, it's a good buy

I recently installed the Charmingwater Touchless Faucet in my bathroom, and I couldn't be happier with the upgrade. Its infrared sensor technology makes washing hands - just a wave underneath and the water flows effortlessly. I love how adjustable the sensitivity is, ensuring it activates precisely when needed without any accidental triggers. Plus, the ability to control the water temperature easily adds an extra layer of convenience to my daily routine. Overall, this faucet not only enhances the functionality of my bathroom but also adds a touch of modern sophistication to the space.
