These pass tubes are replacements for my rusted out ones. They are adjustable and universal so they fit. Still, I should have gotten the entire burner replacement kit, because the post that these secure to had rusted away as well. These still worked without being locked in place, so I will use them till I overhaul in Spring. Do yourself a favor and buy the entire burner replacement kit.

These do not really fit properly for the grill but I was able to use them. They are rather thin and I suspect i will need to replace them more often.

I was tired of buying new parts kits at HD. Then I found them cheaper on Amazon but the quality was lacking on the crossover pieces as this was the part that always failed. I installed these 2 months ago and no sign of rust or rot yet! I'm hopeful they will last a couple of years and so far so good!

(Apologies for the pic looking particularly greasy. This was taken after oiling the old grates and heat tents above the burners.)Note, before my review. Before considering a restoration rather than replacement of a grill, consider the following things. Is the internal box beneath the burners in sound condition? If not, you'll probably want to replace the grill. Is the grease tray beneath still in place, and physically sound? If not, replace the tray. Failure to adhere to these steps will present a major fire hazard, and grease fires are just about as bad as fires get.Ordered these as my nine year old, six burner Charbroil had fallen apart internally. All the original primary burners had rusted and developed holes, and all the original crossover tubes were essentially rust, and not much else. A look at grill prices made me decide trying to restore the old grill was worth the effort. They arrived quickly, and were exactly as advertised.I already had replacement primary burner tubes, so I cannot comment on Welbocom's primary tubes. I used these crossover tubes on Charbroil's OEM replacement tubes. When using these in conjunction with the Charbroil parts, the mounting holes were a tad small, but I was able to force them over the Charbroil mounting posts without any special tools. Just took a little finesse. I'm actually glad for that, it means a nice, tight fit. They come with adapters for various grills, but I was able to use them as assembled. The supplied Cotter pins fit the Charbroil mounting holes perfectly, so securing them was a snap, and the fit between the burners meant I didn't need to do any further securing. Once installation was complete, I replaced the heat tents and grates, and fired the grill up. The first test, I was having issues with getting the propane to travel from one burner to the other, and I had a very low flame, akin to when a tank is about to run empty.I believe this was due to air in the system, as I had everything apart before the install. I turned off the burner and gas, waited ten minutes, and fired it back up. It worked perfectly. I started it with the correct burner for my grill, then added one burner at a time, so I could monitor the process. The gas is able to travel across these tubes, igniting the other burners once the primary has been ignited.Good product, and would not hesitate to order again, should I need to give another grill some love.
