I bought the red and the carbon blue sweaters for my almost 13 year old son. He needed something other than hoodies and t shirts for when we go out to eat, etc... He chose these and was very happy with them when they arrived. The are a nice weight without being overly heavy. Much nicer than anything I found in the stores. The XL was way too big for him, but the L was perfect - not tight but not too baggy.

I ordered a small for my 8 year old and it was huge on him. My.older son who is 11 could have worn this but he didnt love the style.

I ordered on for my eight year old who wears a size Large usually and one for my five year old wears a small. The small fit my eight year with room to grow. Very nice looking sweater, but from my experience I would recommend order AT LEAST two sizes down.
