I have been looking for a set of lounge chairs for our pool area for a while now and finally decided to get these. When they arrived one of the chairs had a crack at the top, so we quickly reached out to the company for a resolution. Within a few hours their customer service team got back to us and resolved the issue. I appreciated the urgency they felt to make it right and how quickly they were able to accomplish that. Additionally, the chairs seem to be sturdy and good.

I got this lounge chair so that I can chill in the backyard with an ebook, or take a nap. This is a nice lounge chair with an adjustable backrest. It very sturdy and made of high quality resin. Assembly was simple and took only a couple of minutes. It does not come with a pad, so it's not very comfortable out of the box, but I was able to purchase a pad and it is very comfy. It does not fold up for storage or transport, which is why I gave it 4 stars. But otherwise a nice lounge chair.

The color is NOT “light brown”. It is GREY. Not a light GREY, a DARK grey. I am not colorblind and no, this is not a lighting issue. My photo shows the true color which is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than what is depicted in the listing. This is unacceptable. The color needs to be described and depicted ACCURATELY. You are wasting customers TIME having to review or return items.

This is a nice chaise lounger. It was not that hard to put together. I like the material that is made out of, I feel like it may last longer and still seems really strong. I did get a cushion I order to put on top of it for when I take a little nap in the sun.
