I thought this couldn't work. Well, it does. I did have some issues with the double pin, trying to figure out how it works. I removed the "removable one" and got it to do what it was supposed to. I find all chain sharpening a pain in the butt. Except this. Have only used it a couple of times, but it has already saved trips to the sharpening shop. May not be as good or perfect.... but it's "better", which is all I ask. And it's cheap, so not much loss here. If it worked twice, you'd get your money out of it. The one thing I'd really like it doesn't do is sharpen 5-inch blades on hand held pruning chainsaws. It won't let the chain get close enough to the sharpening material using the permanent steel peg. I've also searched to see if they make one that does the smaller chainsaws. Nope. Or maybe there is something I'm missing. So it works fine on 12" and above chainsaw. Won't work on smaller ones. But for the money, what do you have to lose?
