The color is two shades of gray.The pillow is made of memory foam. It has a removable cover so you can take it off to wash, however a standard pillow case does fit over the pillow.The material is soft, yet supportive & keeps its shape throughout the night. It seems to stay cool & there was no smell upon opening package.I was worried at first because I thought the pillow seemed a bit thin, but it turns out to be perfect for when I’m sleeping on my side. The shape even gives you a place to put a hand or an arm comfortably if you are a stomach or back sleeper.If you are struggling with upper back, neck or shoulder pain, give this pillow a try. It just might be the relief you are looking for.

This pillow is memory foam; it feels like a sweet dream as I place my head on a cloud—neither too soft nor too firm, but just right. I have cervical pain from disc issues and a therapeutic pillow is a necessity for me to spend 1/3 of my life sleeping on.I love this pillow’s comfort and design. It nestles under my neck to give support where it’s needed, while cradling the rest of my head in comfort. Oh, I can keep the pillowcase clean since it’s washable, and side armrests are included as an extra plus!While keeping my neck and head in proper alignment, I’m better rested and more alert now that I have my new luxurious bedtime companion!

I was a bit skeptical at first, but this pillow really surprised me. The contour design supports my neck and shoulders perfectly, and I wake up without the usual stiffness I used to have. It took a night or two to get used to the shape, but after that, it actually feels weird to sleep without it. The memory foam is firm but still comfortable, and it holds its shape well throughout the night. If you struggle with neck or upper back discomfort, I highly recommend giving it a try.

This is the second pillow of this type that we've purchased. It is not as thick as the first and is perfect for my wife. It resolves the issues she has with her shoulders, arms and hands falling asleep. She, like me is a side-sleeper and the common pillow shape does not help.This pillow conforms to the position of the sleepers head and seems to adapt the specific needs of the sleeper's positioning. The concave sides are perfect for side-sleepers allowing the arm to comfortably nestle under the side of the head.The material stays cool and cushioning is fantastic. We're very pleased with our purchases.An added bonus with this pillow is that out king sized pillow covers fit right over them and don't impeded the use of the side 'cut-outs' for the arms.

This pillow minimized my snoring, and that was my primary concern. The memory foam was so luxurious that it felt like I was resting my head on a cloud and drifting off to dreamland. The design allows you to move your arms around your head at night without straining, compressing, losing feeling, or getting a crick in your neck. I haven’t found a downside to this pillow. In my case this pillow is worth the price.

I got this pillow just about a week ago for my wife. She has been waking up almost everyday with a sore neck. I hoped this pillow may help. It certainly has! The very first night she said it was so comfortable and now after a week of use there has been no more neck pain or headaches. So pleased about this purchase.

The last month I have been looking for a pillow to address neck pain. This pillow has helped address that issue. The memory foam is very soft which I like and has an intent for my head to settle into while still keeping my neck aligned. It has a cool to touch top that is very nice but does lose some of the effect once a pillow case is put on. It also has intents on the side that almost look like wings. I found this area to be helpful for my arms as I laid in my side to sleep. My only concern is if the foam will hold up long over time. I also noticed no order once I unwrapped from the packaging which was a big plus.

I’ve tried a a good amount worth of ergonomic pillows, but this cervical pillow is the first one that let me wake up without that familiar neck-and-shoulder ache. The gentle dip in the middle lets my head settle in while the raised edges support my neck, so whether I start on my side and roll onto my back to my nightly routine, everything stays lined up and pain-free. The memory foam strikes that sweet spot between cushiony and supportive where it gives just enough. The cooling coffee-colored cover actually stays cool and hides every stray smudge or drool mark.
