Cen-Tec Systems’ hose with multi-brand power adapter set is engineered to connect a wide range of major power tool brands to your home shop vacuum for recovery of the debris and dust generated during the use of the power tool, keeping you and your shop clean while protecting you from airborne particulate that can harm your health. The adapters are designed to be versatile with most unique and tool industry typical connections. The inner collar with durable acetal clip connects directly to most brands of dry wall sanders and other tools generating high volumes of dust or having large debris profiles. A bayonet fitting with 1" soft TPE molded fitting is perfect for small power tool connections. The smooth 360 degree swivel rotation of the bayonet prevents the hose from kinking or resisting free movement of the power tool. Changing from the 1" fitting to a 1 ½” soft TPE fitting popular on many chop saws and routers takes only a second using the quick clip system. Further adapters included in this expanded set are ¾” and 1-1/4", fitting additional brands of tools and shrouds. Finally, an air relief is designed into the bayonet fitting to allow adjustment of the air stream at the tool as necessary to prevent tools sealing to the work surface. The final included adapter is an additional 2 ½" standard wet/dry vacuum adapter into the quick connect adapter. This allows for a 2 ½" cuff throughout the system so as to work with dust collection workstations often utilized with table saws. The hose offers a 1-1/4" x 10 foot highly flexible commercial grade vacuum hose with smooth interior to prevent clogs and maximize air flow to the vacuum. The Cen-Tec proprietary shop vac connection is designed to maximize the opening from the hose into the vacuum to prevent clogs and improve airflow delivering the maximum performance from your vacuum. Cen-Tec's hose is designed to fit all major brands of power tools and work shrouds including Skill Bosch, Ryobi, Makita, Dewalt, Festool. Fein, Cobalt, Porter Cable, Hitachi and Milwaukee Electric. The tank end is designed to fit all major brands of home shop vacuums including Shop Vac, Vacmaster, Ridgid, Craftsman, Dewalt, John Deere, as well as many private brands typical of the 2 ½" vacuum connection. This is a similar package to the popular 94192 system offered by Cen-Tec, but with an expanded adapter set to fit even more brands and tools.

I was looking for a flexible and adaptable hose solution for my dust collection setup, and this kit delivered. My Ridgid Shop Vac is connected to a Dust Deputy and I wanted a flexible hose to connect to tools. The included connectors allowed me to seamlessly integrate it with my SawStop blade guard, Ryobi sliding miter saw, Festool sander, and Makita track saw – a huge time-saver! The adjustable airflow collar is a brilliant feature, especially when sanding, allowing me to fine-tune the suction. The hose is also remarkably flexible and feels very durable. For the price, this kit is an absolute steal and a must-have for any workshop

I cannot believe I've waited this long to buy this attachment. It's AWESOME!!! I'm using it to sand walls and to sand sheet rock compound. It fits perfectly on my Dewalt orbital sander. It keeps the sandpaper clean which saves replacing the sandpaper constantly. I used the many adapters to attach different vacuum attachments to suck up the sanding compound while repairing sheet rock. You do have to listen to the shop vac the whole time but I wear ear muffs so it's not too bad. They send lots of adapters to choice from. I can't wait to use it this summer when sanding wood. It's a game changer how clean you feel when you're done sanding. Saves a lot of time cleaning up. A MUST HAVE!!

I purchased this shop vac extension hose to use with an orbital sander and finishing sander to refinish the walls in my dining room. When I received this I was very pleasantly surprised to find that both extension sizes I needed for attachment points on my sanders were included in the package. Other extensions are included as well that will also fit my bandsaw and table saw. Additionally, the extension pieces are designed with quick disconnects which makes their utility even better and the vacuum hose is nice and flexible which will be great for use with the sanders. I couldn't be more pleased with this outstanding product.

Very flexible, yet sturdy hose. Good attachments. Easy to cut hose down and make a greater number of shorter hoses, if desired.

LONG STORY SHORT:Great dust collection solution for your average, at-home wood shop. I'm a hobbyist and DIYer, so a commercial dust collection system would be major overkill, but this system is wonderful for keeping the dust manageable in my garage/woodshop. The quick clip system and multiple adapters make it super easy to switch from one tool to the next, and keep the power tools runnin. I've got adapters on my DeWALT Miter saw, my battery powered Circular saw, and my batter powered Sander. Just take the vacuum hose from one, and clip it to the next.PROS:-Quick Clip system is awesome, so you're not shoving a rubber connector on to every tool, just unclip, and re-clip into the next one.-Hose connector is designed to allow the hose to spin freely, so the hose isn't twisting as you change angles (most noticeable on the sander)-Long 16 foot hose makes it easy to leave your shop vac relatively in one place, and be able to reach multiple tools.-Air relief valve, and adjustment collar on each adapter. Prevents getting stuck on a tool.-Super easy to connect and disconnect.CONS:-Not really a con, but I wish they had sets that had more adapters for a specific type of tool line. For example, maybe you could get a 16ft hose with a "Dewalt style" adapter set. or "Milwaukee style" adapter set that works with most of their tools. I have a couple adapters that I don't have uses for at the moment.CONCLUSION:Buy it. It's reasonably priced, and REALLY helps cut down on the dust you kick up while working in your garage wood shop. **Shop Vac not included.

I wasn't sure what to expect when my original hose disintegrated for my DeWalt DCV581H. Every option was only the stretchy 2ft hose. I decided to try this to see if it would fit and allow me to have a 5 ft hose and a spare 5 ft (10ft total of this product). With the 2ft hose, I had to put the darn vacuum in the car half the time when trying to clean. Now, with 5-10 feet, it still vacuums really well (no difference in suction) and I can rest the vacuum OUTSIDE the car. Note: of course it doesn't stow away as easily but this is what I was looking for. I don't know how sturdy it is yet, I will update later.

This is a great kit for the home owner /Diyer who dosen't have the room or need for a dedicated dust collection system. This is just what I was looking for to turn my shop vac into a dust collector. I have the Ridgid 11 gallon smart cart shop vac and this kit fits and works great with it. I just disconnect the factory ridgid shop vac hose and connect Cen-Tec hose. The fixed connector on one end of the hose fits into the shop vac port perfectly. The other end of the hose has a quick connect fitting that allows you to connect one of the different sized adapters. Now I can use my shop vac as a dust collector for my DeWalt 10" contractor table saw, my 12" miter saw and all my other hand tools that have a dust extraction port. The adaptors are made from a flexible rubber that stretch slightly to allow you to tightly fit them over the port on your tool. I like that the hose is a smaller diameter than my shop vac hose. The smaller diameter produces a very strong suction at the tool end. Plus the inside of the hose is smooth so your debris and dust will not get stuck in the hose like they do on a regular ribbed hose. I am glad I purchased this kit. It works great for my situation.

First of all, the build quality of the hose and the attachments are great. I had originally ordered the set that only had two attachments, but it didn't serve my needs properly as I couldn't use my existing attachments. This set is much better. The 20' hose is an actually 20' and not a coiled hose that you have to pull with all your might to reach 20'.A few things I'm not thrilled about:1.) The 3/4" attachment does not fit my Makita Sander very sell. I have to really force it on and am worried about breaking something.2.) This isn't completely the hose's fault, but there is a tremendous loss of suction over the course of 20'. I was expecting this, but as it did indicate the surface on the inside of the hose was smooth, I was not expecting it to be so much. The inside is smooth, but not completely. There are still ridges, so expect suction loss.Overall, I do like this hose and setup. with the variety of attachments, it fits all my dust ports (with the exception of my palm sander mentioned above). The length has added a convenience of not have to drag the Sho-Vac all over the place. I would give it 3.5 stars which I have rounded up to 4.
