I prefer this stop versus the strap which I had been using for a long time, because no matter what type of chair leg or how much or how little I need my endpin out, I can put this where I want it quickly and easily. So far it is staying stuck. Can toss it quickly into my bag. Price is right. Very happy with it. You might get two, one for home and one in your bag to go at all times.

Slight wrinkle in clear overcoating on rock stop. Not enough of an issue for me to go through the hassle of returning.

I got this anchor to use with my Stagg electric Double Bass since I was having a bit of trouble with it sliding around on my hardwood floors. This anchor does exactly what it is supposed to and gives the bass a nice strong grip and I haven't had it slip around on my once since I started using it.

Very simple item that prevents your cello sliding around. Just set the metal ring under one of the chair leg and adjust the strap to the proper distant and set your cello peg in one of the holes on the wooden pad. The rubber mat under the wood prevents it from sliding.
