This is the best money I've ever spent for my classroom. Sturdy. No assembly. Kids can see their phones but they're out of reach. I can see whose phones are missing. All districts should be required to purchase these for their teachers. I love this thing. It has revolutionized my classes. I no longer fight phones all class.Bell rings. They have 2 minutes to check their phones. I call each table to turn in phones. Phones remain in container all class. Students pick up phones when bell rings.

I teach high school students & they live like their lives depend on their phone, which can cause distractions in class. This shelf has helped us establish a routine in class. They place their phones in their designated slot upon entering & pick them up on their way out of class. It has plenty of slots to allow space for each student, the quality is great & it more than serves its purpose. I keep a neutral color scheme in class, so I love the colorless wooden option. 20/10 would buy again.

Broke after 2 days of use in the classroom. The door does not have a hinge it has a hole and a pin and the material is so cheap it fell apart completely so the door is no longer attached. Also, many phones do not fit in the holes with cases so it is not able to be closed

I purchased the Cell Phone Holder Classroom 33 Slots Wooden Cell Phone Storage Cabinet back in September for my high school classroom, and overall, it serves its purpose well. I appreciate that it doesn't hang on a door and instead allows students to simply place their phones inside, which is a more practical solution for my needs. However, for the price, I feel like the quality could be better. Within just a few days of use, one of the slots broke (pictured) and I’m pretty sure this happened before any of the students even used it. I don’t use the locking feature, so I can’t comment on that aspect. It would also be helpful if the slots were a bit bigger, and a new design with numbers added to each slot could help high school teachers manage phone returns more efficiently. Overall, while it gets the job done, I believe some improvements in sturdiness and design would make it more worth the price.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars was for the building aspects. The screws for the back piece were not long enough so I had to seek help from one of my co-workers. Other than that it has been a life saver! I teach high school and cell phones have (has been) a huge distraction in the classroom. My students put their phone up at the beginning of class and this has made all the difference.

The design is cute but everything about it is super cheap. The package didn't come with cohesive instructions to build it. there are plenty of slots but most students have huge phones and even bigger cases therefore they didn't fit, they stood them up against the wall. Lastly, the box did not last a school year and completely broke down, even after multiple fixes. It's be an OK product if it was cheaper but I bought it for $50 originally -- it's not worth the price.

These boxes get very expensive when all the phones get put in! The box is sturdy under full capacity. Only two complaint are that I wish it came with a numbered sticker pack. The compartments are very large and will fit the biggest phones!

As a teacher who strives to keep technology interruptions at a minimum, the Lzttyee Wooden 36-Grid Cell Phone Storage Box has become an indispensable asset in my classroom! The first thing that caught my eye was its simplistic yet sturdy wooden design, which seamlessly blends with our class decor, unlike the more industrial-looking alternatives. The individual compartments are a perfect size, accommodating various phone models, with the grid layout providing an organized system for students to store their devices. The transparent acrylic on the front panel is a thoughtful touch, allowing a quick glance to ensure all gadgets are accounted for without fumbling through each slot.Assembly was a breeze, and the lightweight nature of the box makes it convenient to move around. Despite this, it feels durable, showing no signs of wear and tear even after continual daily use. The top handle makes transportation easy, especially when I need to secure the caddy in a different location after school hours.Since implementing this storage system, I've noticed a significant drop in in-class distractions, and the students seem more engaged. It's also taught them a valuable lesson in responsibility and respect for classroom etiquette, knowing their phones are safe but out of hand's reach. However, one slight drawback is the absence of a locking mechanism. It hasn't been an issue in our trust-based environment, but for others, it might be something to consider. In summary, the Lzttyee 36-Grid Storage Box gets an A+ for its functionality, quality, and the peace of mind it brings to our technology-filled educational atmosphere. Highly recommended for teachers, or even parents who want to manage screen time during family gatherings or study hours!
