I didn't buy this off of Amazon but am placing an order currently. I had purchased this product as I am accident prone with my cell phones. I have used this twice, once with great luck and once with not so much. I had dropped my cell phone in the sink while doing dishes. It went a little whack on the screen and was flipping apps all over. I placed it in this sac for 24 hours and my phone has worked fine ever since. That was in May 2015. My friend went swimming with their Iphone in his pocket noticing it about 10 mins later. He brought it back to me at my RV and we placed it in the sac. We left it in for the 24 hours and it never came back alive. It would kind of power on but never functional. That being said I think it works great for those quick submerges that still affect the function but I don't believe it will help if you had your phone swimming around for any period of time.
