I’ve only had it a week and so far it works great. I would like more information on the lights it has but other than that it’s working as intended.

Using this signal booster in remote Montana was a game changer! My signal went from 1 bar to 3-4 bars, no more dropped calls. Data is stable, even in the wilderness. Customer service was quick and helpful. Highly recommend!

Product did not meaningfully boost the cell signal despite 3 setups in 3 different locations using Freedom Mobile over Rogers, Bell and Telus mobility networks on my iPhone 15 on a LTE network. The unit would have rated much higher if it worked as advertised. My cell phone indicated a signal of 2 and 3 bars and the Signalbrick showed all 5 green lights indicating all cell phone bands were functioning. I would prefer if, instead of the Signalbrick displaying the MHz that it instead showed 5G, 4G, LTE, etc.Examples of speed tests: 45.1Mbps/19.2Mbps when the booster was off and 51.9Mbps/16.7Mbps when it was on, using the Bell Mobility Network. A similar unsatisfactory result occurred on the Telus Network from 12.0Mbps/10.9Mbps when the booster was off and 20.1Mbps/15.4Mbps when it was on. Signalbrick suggests "testing the band" by calling a number on an iPhone. I did not find this very useful because there were no instructions about what the metrics meant or how to improve the numbers if needed. A much improved manual is highly recommended.The signal booster came very professionally packaged in a sturdy and good looking carrying case with slots for each component which made it very easy to see each component. The product looks to be of high quality. The included manual was quite good to learn how to install the booster but it severely lacked in offering advice on Troubleshooting. There was nothing to indicate what the green lights meant and what to do if some were lit and some not - it only explained that flashing lights indicated "a feedback loop". Should all 5 green lights be on? Is it ok if only some are on? The videos on the Amazon site were of little use in Troubleshooting lack of signal boost and I could not find helpful videos on YouTube that would explain why I was not receiving a signal boost despite everything seemingly in good working order.According to the reviews, others are having success with this product but unfortunately I did not and so cannot recommend it to others.

Almost perfect... would have been nice if it came with an on/off switch. Easy install except no mounting bracket. I used Alien tape/ 3M vhb... I used antenna mounting brackets to fit over passenger side window.SIGNAL BOOST WAS GOOD except phone or other device needs to be really close to indoor antennae. Phone or device Right on top indoor antennae works the best but, who wants to do that...other than that no complaints. Could have used some cable ties though... I

This SINGLEBRICK cell phone booster has been a real game changer for country living. Living and visiting the backroads is always great but, not always when you’re trying to have a conversation or get ahold of someone. This product is what you need for those dropped and missed calls.We ordered this product to use at our hunt camp. Although this booster is unable to create cell phone service it is able to work with the one bar we currently have to make it a stronger connection. (Taking our one bar to three!!!) We live in Canada and based on my experience and research this booster is able to work and be compatible with each of our Canadian providers.Installation was easy for us as we were not mounting it to a vehicle. (Although with some creativity I am sure it could be done.) The instructions included were easy to follow. The cables we needed were included. The booster, antenna and cables seem to be quite durable and made very well. The carrying case is well made and keeps everything inside nice and safe!If you’re struggling with poor reception this is the product for you!

I have the older version and it works as it should! I have been in areas with no cell coverage but when I go in my truck I have enough to be usable. So it does work. Also in areas of weak signal I notice a decent gain when in the truck. Performance is on par with the big brands.I did damage my antenna! Oops! I contacted customer service expecting to buy a replacement but they VERY quickly shipped out a replacement for free! I honestly thought it would take a couple weeks, not days to show up. And this antenna is a more rugged, upgraded design which I greatly appreciate since I drive the trails often.

For larger vehicles like trucks or RVs, this might not be an issue, but for smaller SUVs, it’s worth noting.Now, the good stuff: this booster works *really* well. I’ve been able to make calls in areas where I’ve never had service before, and the difference is night and day. Once installed, the setup is discreet and blends into the vehicle nicely.
