I installed this SignalBrick signal booster(Bands 12/17/13/5/2/25/4/66) at a cottage to test it. Generally speaking, it worked with my Rogers service (up to LTE-A/4G, at least) and my friend's Telus service. Installation might be a bit tricky, as you need to install the antenna in a good location outside your place (must have at least one bar on your phone at that position before installation) and direct it toward the cell tower. In addition, I kept getting the OSC error until I managed to put the booster in a certain place in the cottage.Once connected to the booster and run up, you can immediately see the difference in the coverage: going from 1 bar at LTE to almost 4 bars. However, from a data speed perspective, it wasn't enhanced by the same ratio much: it went from around 520Kbps to around 3 Mbps, which is very acceptable but not LTE's maximum. Another point is the coverage, as the booster didn't fully cover the 1044 sq.ft cottage.It should also be noted that this booster will enhance all the signals of the supported bands, meaning signals from all cell service providers will have improved signal/service in the booster's coverage area.

Having gone through three units recommended, I finally found this one. Worked amazingly well and was set up in minutes. Even without fine-tuning I'm getting four bars when I was barely getting one. Thank you for making a truly valuable product.

Bought it for a mobile home in rural area. I went from 1 bar inside to consistant 4-5 . down load speed went from 8 to over 60. the only thing I did different is I didn't use there mounting stick I used 1 1/4 white pvc 10 feet long and mounted to the side of building at 8 feet so the attena is @18 feet from ground. Worked instantly a few minor adjustments later it's great... I just hope it lasts....

I cannot find a mention of this in the ad copy, but the installation documentation features prominently that you must first register this device and get permission to fire it up from your carrier. In advance. This is proving a pain, though I think I will prevail. My misfortune, I believe, is that I got unlucky with my 1st contact individual. I am heavily annoyed that the ad copy skipped this rather HUGE issue, as I don't think I would have bothered.That said, it all looks very 1st rate, but cannot comment further at this time for obvious reasons.

My house gets little to no reception inside, however outside the signal is pretty strong. After installing this, I went from getting 1-2 bars to 4-5 and my download speed went from 0.1mb/s to 50mb/s. Just make sure there is a signal outside or else there will be nothing for the antenna to pick up. So far so good!

We have a rural house that is on the side of a deep ravine about 5 miles from the closest cell tower. Reception outside is fair but, indoors it was almost nil. Installed the signal brick cell phone signal booster and we have excellent reception indoors now. Now we can make/receive phone calls and use our internet browser to surf the internet indoors.

I went from 1 bar and constantly dropping calls to 4 bars and now 5G. I do wish the inside antenna had more range.

Wrote a previous review which was not good. In fact, thoroughly disappointed because this was the 2nd booster I had tried. The first was a total failure. I was wrong and want to make it right. Here’s my new review.I’m 5 mi from the cell tower. I needed this for my metal shop building. No signal inside with doors closed. Installed the outside antenna near the corner of the shop nearest tower. It’s about 10 ft above ground. Used only 30 ft run from antenna to amp. Attached a 3 ft cable from amp to inside antenna. My original problem was I installed the cable from the outside antenna to the wrong port on the amp and of course hooked up the cable from amp to the inside antenna to the wrong port. They are clearly marked so my fault entirely. After correcting the connections, this unit worked great! Highly recommend. Only issue I noticed was the outside antenna seemed to work no matter which way it was pointed.

Pros:- Installation is a bit technical but actually fairly easy if you somewhat know what you're doing. The instructions are clear and detailed and they really help, making it overall a fairly painless process. It took me only about an hour to get it installed and working.- All the hardware you need for mounting the outdoor antenna is included in the box. Everything seems very sturdy and weatherproof so even in rain and snow I expect it to hold up well.- The signal boost is definitely noticeable if you normally have a weak connection in a remote area. I noticed much faster browsing speeds on the web and I was finally able to watch HD video without buffering.- It seems to be widely compatible with major Canadian carriers. Where the average signal strength prior to install was %10+-. The overall signal strength is consistently %70-95 for Bell, Virgin, Rogers, and Telus. And with each carrier listed, regularly within our home, our data speed and overall performance is exceptionally better across the board.Installation was very quick and easy. With replacement of our previous antenna removed and this installed to the previous mast. The strongest signal was found in seconds, with the help of another person to provide instant info while directing the outdoor antenna toward our closest tower. And with the mast only 23' above the ground, we still do not have a clear, direct sightlines toward the tower. Yet the antenna picks up the signal without any issues. Unlike some that lose the signal with a fraction of a cm.The indoor antenna blends in easily with our surroundings. While the controller and display have a very straightforward, yet pleasant appearance in the control room.Installation can be done a significant distance from the home base, with a massive amount of lead wire provided in the kit. And although I do not have the exact measurements, the kit allowed me to install the antenna approx 50' away from the house, with plenty left over.The coverage is amazing inside every level and do m of the house. Even behind floors and walls. As well, reception is massively improved outside the house and into the shop areas as well. For an entire coverage area extending beyond 250' from the home base location. Making this ideal for adding to offices, farm houses, cottages, and remote areas where signal strength is intermittent at best. If installed into an area where a consistent signal of at least one notch, this will pick it up and improve it exceptionally better for all Canadian carriers I've listed for sure.An overall great value for excellent quality and performance.
