I've owned this booster for two, maybe three months now. It has done well so far. I use Straight Talk as a carrier, primarily piggybacking off of Verizon's network.I live in a rural area. One that's heavily wooded, and my house is down below these woods on the lake side. To say signal is poor indoors is an understatement. Sometimes I would have to cycle airplane mode 4 to 5 times to get decent enough reception for a phone call. After using this, I'm able to get a minimum of two bars in my house and sometimes on really good days, my reception can go up to four bars.If I have any complaints, my main one would be that it's super easy to unplug the barrel jack/power supply from the booster. Sometimes our house cat who likes to walk along the back of our couch will accidentally unplug it.Installation wasn't difficult either. I ran my cable through the cutout where our air conditioner window unit goes, and then proceeded to get the antenna as high as possible in a tree which happened to be taller than my house, after thoroughly sealing the holes on the plastic of the antenna as to avoid rain damage.This one's a bit more costly, but if you live in a household that uses multiple networks, it's far better than having to buy each carrier's own individual booster.I love mine.

I caught these for sale at $13.95 and bought one for my marginal reception area.Appears to work as advertised. Worked on 5G at a friend's house where only 5G is available; I'm only getting 4G at my place although 5G is close by.There must have been a glitch in pricing to get at $13.95 - I see they are much higher priced now.

I was pretty sure this was not going to work for me. But I am pleasantly surprised.This came really quickly and the instructions didn't seem that hard. But I did have to figure a few things out like best way to drill from outside to inside through brick.First thing I did a set it up outside. I didn't want to start putting things up if it didn't work. I live in the country the nearest cell tower is 6 miles away. I get about 1-2 bars depending on where I stand in the house our yard. After setting this up outside first, following the instructions I realized 3 bars and then with some positioning in other parts of the yard, got up to 4.So now I knew it worked and it was just a matter of installing. I cheated went to home depot an asked a guy there how to drill through brick for the cord and how to mount to brick. So far we have had 1 storm and everything is still up.My advice is read the instructions over and over. I didn't do the website testing thing exactly. I tried the site, found it difficult and figured trail and error was faster for me. I knew where the nearest cell towers were anyway because I drive by them all the time.On the Plus side+ it boosted my bars on my phone (AT&T by the way)+It's not hard, but you have to read the directions a few times .. well I did. I didn't find it intuitive, but I'm not electrical/phone/radio technical.+ It comes with most things you need for mounting. (Outside mounting parts you may elect to do something different, just depends on where you are going to put it.+ The cords matched and were long enoughNegatives- Not really any so far.Neutral+/- It took me about 2 hours to get set up in different places and test and then retest and then move and test+/- The brick stuff wasn't hard, but my drill was not strong enough, and I had to get a better drill and bits.+/- You're going to want to go up a ladder high enough for this. I don't exactly have line of sight at 6 miles. but the signal is strong in the general directionOverall I have seen some very expensive ones of these before, but this is the first one I have tried and I like it.
