I absolutely recommend this product for anyone that is looking for a cellphone signal amplifier. Its reasonably priced , the setup is very easy and the amount of gain is incredible as shown in the photos. Also the costumer support is very friendly and helpful. I want to add also that my carrier is Mint Mobile and where I live is a rural area of Puerto Rico and this amplifier works very good.

This works great.I'm in an area where I got less than one bar on my phone, to top that off the cellular company updated the tower I was managing to get o signal from and my phone was spending it's entire battery life trying to find a signal.I installed this with no help from the manufacturer, instructions were okay, could have been a better explanation of what exactly I was looking at but I got the general idea.I am now able to get between 2 1/2 to 4 bars. No more searching for a signal.The only downside I have found is for some reason my data connection is not improved. It says 5G but I only get between 2 to 5 mg data. Also, for some reason the app keeps forgetting who I am and I have to log back in (despite selecting the remember me option).So, overall I am very happy with my purchase.( Edit: I should mention that the reason Iโm not upset about no improvement in the data rate is Iโm on WIFI and donโt need the data at home anyway. )

So I bought this product because I wanted to increase my 1 bar cellular service signal in my house. And after some research, I just realized they had these nice little cellular booster devices that have been out for the last few years. There's a lot of choices out there with a large range of prices too. Which makes it hard to make a decision. With luck, I tried this Hiboost and a cheaper brand. After some comparison, Hiboost clearly put out a better signal than the other cheaper brand. So don't be scared to spend a little on this purchase, quality makes a difference. This particular package had nice connections and the parts you need to get it up and going quickly. The best part to me was this model gave you a display not just some silly LED lights so that you could actually see what bands are coming in and at what strength. It helps you evaluate your input signals too. This also has an app that you can get that coordinates with the unit to give you input/output values for adjustments. But I never made it that far yet. Nice to know that it was there though. My one caveat here is don't expect a huge boost to you signal in your whole house. It's just not going to happen. So all these devices claim to give you like 2000-4000 sqft of boosting but I think it is a load of c###. Yes I got like 4 bars within about 3', 3 bars out to about 8', ad 2 bars out to about 10-15', and after that I don't think I'm getting any additional help. So to me plan on only boosting the room the device is in unless you buy output antennas for other areas. Fortunately I only needed this for items in the 3' range so it worked well. And the big factor was with the increased signal you get a bump on your speeds. That was big.................The bonus here was the customer service. They reached out to me right after purchase for any technical help I needed and then even sent me a directional extended output antenna to help me with my issues. That was a pleasant surprise and generally unheard of. The new antenna helped some but not like I feel it should have. But of course I'm not an expert. Anyway I totally recommend this unit and this vendor if not for the device but especially for their support of their product. They genuinely seem like they want to get it to work for so just don't have large expections on this actually boosting more than the room it's in and you'll probably very happy, especially with HiBoost's customer service.

Got this to see if the places I have to take call from (one is an alpaca farm) would get a reliable signal. I added an expandable antenna to get part way out of the valley and have had solid, regular cell phone signal (generally at least 3 bars--whatever that really means). Able to use not just for calls but as a hotspot for computer online access. Instructions, ease of installation and even follow up have been excellent..Even bought a residential version for the alpaca farm to have available.

First things first: the Sidekick unit does indeed boost my Verizon cell signal quite a bit, and did so right out of the box, no setup required (other than mounting the antenna and running cables). There is at least a 5x increase in speeds, and that will likely rise once I install the antenna near my roof on the second floor. Normally, my signal downstairs is atrocious due to the layout of my house and the location of the house next door, but the Verizon cell tower is only about 3/4 mile away, so the signal is very strong from the second floor.The one issue I had was that I was unable to connect the SignalAdvisor app to the Sidekick unit via Bluetooth or wifi, and the icons for those services never lit up on the LCD screen. That was concerning, so I first emailed their tech support address but never received a response. A few days later, I left a message through their website chat system. Someone did respond, but not immediately, so it wasn't a realtime conversation. Finally, 9 days after my initial email, I called their tech support number and left a voicemail, then I left a message through their FaceBook page. Noah responded to me via FaceBook within a few minutes, then texted me on my phone. He walked me through a few steps to confirm the Bluetooth problem, then indicated he would send a replacement base unit to me.Assuming the new base unit allows me to connect via Bluetooth, I'll be a happy customer. I wish I'd called their support line and/or left a message on their Facebook page originally, but I'm glad I finally got an (apparent) resolution to the problem. In any case, the most important thing is that the core functionality of the unit does indeed work, which is awesome. It's one of the less expensive boosters on the market from a reputable company, and I love the sleekness of the unit.
