I lost spark on my Ranger yesterday while plowing snow. I did my best to diagnose the problem and determined the most likely culprit to be the CDI. I ordered this unit and had it in hand 24 hrs later. I plugged it in and it started right up. I wanted to make sure it was the CDI, so I plugged the old one back in and no start, so I know this was the solution. Not bad for $22.
