This is well made and stores lots of paper safely with one BIG caveat. The Caydo brand sleeves for 12x12 paper don't fit as pictured. The description and the picture both refer to using the sleeves, and the picture shows at least a half inch gap between the top of the sleeve and the top of the organizer. The reality is that the sleeves, even when not filled to capacity, brush the top of the holder and need a little push and a bend in the top of the sleeve to even go into the organizer. If I had known this, I would have gone with a different system. But all the papers were inserted into the sleeves and the organizer assembled before I discovered the issue. Too hard to start over at that point. But what this means is that the fuller the organizer is, the harder it is to remove and insert the holders. I need this to be an actively functioning storage piece, not something that sits in a closet storing rarely used supplies.I do like the Caydo sleeves. They are thick enough to protect the paper and stand up to use while still being fairly economical. At least it seems so at this point. But I would not buy the organizer again. At $45+ for the unit, that's a lot of buyer remorse.

I really like how simple this paper holder is and yet it doesn't look cheap like some of the plastic or metal options. It was important for me to be able to put in 12x12 cardstock which it definitely fits. It's too bad it isn't just a couple of inches bigger to also fit Cricut cutting mats, but that wasn't its main purpose for me anyway. I also like that it can stand the paper vertically so the paper doesn't droop at the corner. The wood is smoothly finished. I could see the screws being an issue if you were to drag this across any type of furniture as they aren't flush with the wood and would scrape up surfaces. Thankfully, mine is staying put and on top of a surface that I don't care about.Wish this were a little less expensive - certainly full price would be crazy, but it does the trick!

This was so easy to assemble, it took me about 5 minutes. It holds my scrapbooking paper that is 12x12 perfectly and fits great on my bookshelf. I may have to buy another one!

Was getting frustrated not being able to find papers during a project, and this organized them so well. Suspected I might need two, bought one initially, then purchased a second one. For most people one would probably be enough, but I had lots of papers. Assembly was super easy.

This was super easy to put together, looks great, and is functional. It organizes papers well without them folding over.

I am always apprehensive about buying wood products online because I am disappointed 99% of the time, but I took a chance on this one and am so glad I did.It is so well made, went together quickly and easily, and the screw holes all lined up perfectly! Value add!I will be purchasing a couple more very soon. Thank you!

I got two of these and love them! I finally have a great solution for my scrapbook paper. They were simple to assemble and seem very sturdy. I even carted them to a scrapbook retreat and they traveled well. I am obsessively organized with my craft supplies so I organize my printed paper by color and/or theme and keep them in plastic sleeves with name tabs. This works great and they are easy to see in these crates. And they hold a LOT of paper! You’ll need plastic sleeves that don’t have tabs or flaps on the top as those type will be too tall to fit! Wish they weren’t so expensive, but I think they should last for a LONG time! Will probably get a third one at some point!

The Good:The structural pieces are plywood. The pilot holes for the screws line up pretty well.Lots of extra screws are included. So is a screwdriver! It fits 12x12 paper that's in a storage organizer pouch/pocket thing. The slots are wide enough to hold a fair bit of paper, but close enough to prevent paper from curling too badly. I even put my paper trimmer in it, with the blade and scoring bits on the end that sticks out.The Sad:The surfaces of the plywood are softwood. It's easy to dent the stuff. The divider pieces are softwood laminate on fiberboard. The Design Flaw:THIS CAN SCRATCH YOUR FURNITURE if you assemble it as directed and use it that way.The two sides, base, back, and top are screwed together. There are two screws that go from the bottom piece up into the back piece. (see first photo, showing the base with on top and the back in shadow)*The screw heads stick out of the wood.* They are NOT flush. And they raise the back edge up. (see second photo)Worse, the screw heads *will* scratch your furniture if you slide the piece along a surface when it is full of paper and thus heavy. The Workaround:When you attach the back to the base and one side, screw those two bottom screws in partway. When you have finished assembling the rest of the thing, *remove* those two offending screws. That will leave the base with only wood in contact with your furniture. (see third photo, showing back edge)The piece is still sturdy enough without them, since the sides have numerous screws going into the back and base pieces. What they should have done:The back should be screwed to the base from the back side of the piece, not the bottom.Overall:Pretty decent, but could be improved. I'd probably get another one if I needed it.
