This belt was the support I needed, not being too much, too heavy but strong enough for this person to feel secure & tethered while replacing tin panels on a barn roof after the last S.East Tx hurricane dance.

I got three of these for my grandkids to prevent them falling off of the zip line. These harnesses are quite sturdy and the straps are long enough that an adult could use them if necessary.

Be aware, this is NOT a Fall Protection Harness. They are a very different device. That said, I find this harness works fine for securing myself when working on the roof. Comfortable and strong. The quality is good, and the price is right!
