This is a great tool. I’m really not good at caulking and I really wanted it to look nice do I got this.The tool can be used for angle scraper, glass glue blade, adhesive residue scraper and seam repair tool and comes with lots of attachments. You get 5 silicon smoothers, 2 scrapers, gap cleaner, scraper blade. The set is a 5 in one that allows you to do multiple jobs with the one tool.I am really glad I got this. I was able to do a beautiful job of removing and revolving my bathtub. The ends allow you to finish smoothly so the calking looks professional. I have since used the scraper tool to remove some tape and residue from windows and that part works really well too.I’m really happy with the quality so far. It’s made of plastic and can take some good pressure when pushing down and such without flexing or breaking. The tool is us push and pull technology to change things out so it’s pretty easy to adjust things as you go. The instructions were also pretty decent and I was able to work it like intended.I’m really happy with this. I’m going to redo all the caulking in my house now cause I know with this tool I can do a great job that looks professional.

I was impressed by the amount of items that come with this caulking tool. however there are no instructions or indications as to what each tool does or what it is normally used for. I guess we all should have gone to painting or caulking school to know this. And I{m a former handyman and I don{t even know what all these things are used for. I am used to using my finger and a scraper for all these jobs normally. Anyway, it is impressive that it comes with all these tools to be able to do all those jobs, whatever they may be. The caulking tool itself very cool except for one flaw, which I will get to shortly. The removal side that you scrape out old caulk with is genius., Wonderful tool. Hold it at the correct angle and push or pull and thew caulk just peels right up. The other side is very nice as well. It scrapes away the excess caulk you have put down and at the same time forms a customized bead depending on whatever shaped point you place on the end of the tool. To get this to work however, you have slide that part of the tool out where it protrudes beyond the end of the solid flat plastic scraper portion of the tool. To slide it out you must move the thin sharp cutting tool up a little so the caulking smoother can be slid out. This is quite annoying, especially the first time you use it. Also while it is slid out and in use you tend to place your finger a little further back on the tool for better leverage. In so doing, you have taken your finger off the sliding portion of the tool that you are pressing down on, and it slides back up. Well guess what... you can{t just press it back out because you were gripping the tool and you pressed it just behind the hooked metal cutting tool and now you have to move that back out of the way to get the caulking smoother back out. This happened to me several times and I got quite frustrated with it. It would have been better had they mounted to caulk tube tip cutter in a different location or made it have a little ledge or stop so it would not block the sliding action of the smoother. Also, if you have flat sided plastic scrapers in your kit that you just bought, then why do you need one on the other end of the tool. Seems like overkill and takes away from the main item you are selling which is the scraper and smoother tool. If you just made the tool 1 solid piece and did away with the sliding functionality it would actually be a far superior tool and would definitely deserve 5 stars. However due to these design flaws and the fact that there are no instructions, , pictures, or even warm tips on the use of all the tool sin the box I am giving this item 3 stars. It's hard to convey just how much easier caulking is with these. If you've been doing it by taping, caulking, wiping your finger along the joint and then trying to get everything clean you need to stop. I re-did our bathroom tub / shower with this and it was so much better. Don't even need to bother to tape. Pick a corner piece depth, attach it to the tool and then just pull it along the joins. Remove the excess that the tool is picking up and you're done.

This is a nice I set, there are some pieces I may never use but then again I never what's around the corner. I like that there are so many options for the corners, sometimes I am working on things and I'm not sure what size I'll need but with this tool I have options I didn't have before. The scraper made redoing the silicone in the shower so easy to replace. It may dull over time but compared to the one I had been using this one is so much easier to use. If you work on a lot of DIY projects at home this is a good set to have on hand.

It came without instructions so it is kind of a figure it out as you go kind of tool, which unfortunately eats up caulking in the learning curve. Removal tools are sort of gimmicky, somewhat awkward an not terribly robust. But working the assorted removal tools in smaller or hard to reach crevices did eventually get you to the finish line. Principally wanted a no-fuss tool that would make the caulking job easier with results that would merit the approval of a true professional... but this tool will not guarantee perfect results. Experimenting with how much caulking to apply, selecting the right tip for the job, how to hold and angle the tool, etc, is all a bit of a learning curve. In the end it can help to make a superior job that is neater to look at which is what I needed it for.

Caulk has been askill that looks so easy but actually takes some skill. The perfect smooth edges don't just happen, it is usually achieved using one or more of these special tools. As important to finish tools are the tools to remove the previous caulk. This kit has all the tools in one place and is replacing 3 mismatched tool sets Iwith this one complete set of calk tools. Easy and complete. 100% recommend!

I just got a home and need to remove and redo the caulking on all the doors and windows. I got that tool for that specific use and I'm very happy with it! I didn't need to get various different tools or to improvise. Everyghint I need is there. It works perfectly for indoor and outdoor use. To remove caulking that is all dried and cracked as well as if it's still quite sticky. I didn't need any other tool to do the job. It did require somme getting used to in order to get the right accessory for each place but I got quite good and don't need to think anymore!A nice, versatile tool 100% worth the price!
