I am a CNC machinist since 90's. Shopping Cat40 iCarbide tool holder from Amazon was my best buy ever for my money. I paid ten folds for similar items before! I regret that.. Because of paying such a low-price, I checked out this tool for accuracy for 15 minutes before using it. This is my tool, this my 5-star endmill.
