This is a fabulous piece. It's a bit hard to put together without another hand helping you. And the front door to the cabinet part was broken at arrival. My husband swears he can help me fix it though, so I'm not too worried. Otherwise, I absolutely love it.

Perfect way to keep your cat box hiddenNice color and easy buildInstructions were great and the parts and tools were all there.I only wish there was a plastic tray for the bottom in case anything splashes out. I did find I had to use a slightly lower sided box due to the shape of the opening, which may have made an accidently over the edge happenShelves are nice touch and makes it not only useful but functional too.

I am mixed on a review for this item. I wanted to love it and after a very eventful assembly process, I do ultimately love the look and all of the different purposes it provides for me and my cats. The assembly was a big struggle with a lot of personal effort and correcting necessary for a full and effective end product. Definitely expect to kind of wing it and rely on problem solving to get it to the point you expect. Otherwise, it looks perfect and just how I wanted it too. I do wish the space inside was a little deeper because the cat paw cutout is literally down to the bottom so a tall box will not fit well. I love how the paw cutout looks and the cabinet is easy to use for clean outs. I like the versatility of the shelving storage of the rest of the cabinets attributes. Overall, it is absolutely adorable, effective, and a nice use of space for storage. Definitely anticipate a bit of work with the assembly and finding the right size litter box.

I bought this piece hoping to give my cats a cozy little purr-adise for napping and hiding. What I got was a construction project that had me feeling like I needed extra claw-power! Half the pre-drilled holes were missing, so I had to grab my tools and create my own. Not exactly the relaxing weekend I had in mind.But once it finally came together (after several cat-astrophes and a few choice words), the result was pretty decent. My cats actually love it. They treat it like their own personal meow-tropolis, lounging and snoozing away like the furry royalty they are. It’s stylish enough that it doesn’t scream “cat cave” to anyone who visits.If you’re handy and don’t mind paws-ing to drill extra holes, it’s a decent choice. Just be prepared for some hiss-worthy moments before your cats can enjoy their cozy new hideout!

Skip this one. It's junk.The instructions are at points unclear - hardware comes in a jumble, unlabeled. As it became clear later, hardware was entirely missing, which made it even more difficult to ascertain which screw was intended for which purpose. Various shelves and panels were labeled, but incorrectly; these, at least, were easy to notice and identify. The panels were missing screw holes - or even markings where drilling would have been intended, though it shouldn't be required in this kind of item.Seriously. Even on sale. Don't bother.

UPDATED: 12-12-2024 MUCH BETTER!The Seller, JubiNatural, worked with us on this order. They were very helpful and took our concerns seriously. We ended up getting something different and we LOVE it! See pictures posted at the end for the new cabinet. This one was put together easily by just 1 person and took about an hour. Again, the hardware was jumbled together in a ziplock bag and the holes for where the magnetic closure goes was not pre-drilled. Since there was a lot less hardware to use it was easier to sort out. I only needed to get a couple of pilot holes started to attach the closures. It was easy enough to just use the included screw driver to start the holes. The litter box area is larger. It has a half partition inside that your cat may or may not like. If you have a bigger cat like we do it could be a problem. Our girl loves it as her "bedroom". We got rid of our couch and are getting 2 recliners and this will go in between them. Now she can be close to us and have her own spot! If you check out this Sellers other items you will find this one!ORIGINAL: It took 2 of us almost 2 hours to put this together! This was definitely not organized like some things I've put together. All of the hardware parts were just thrown into a plastic bag, nothing was labeled. It took a while to sort out and when it was all said and done there were way too many leftover parts, more than normally expected! The instructions are typical "ikea-like" pictures.Two of the pieces of wood for the shelves were mislabeled. The one that says P should be Q and the one that says Q should be P, luckily it was obvious which was which.The metal sides for the top shelves were another pain! There were no holes drilled for where they were to connect. We did drill a couple of holes but the boards started splitting. We did not get all of the holes drilled and just called it as good as it was going to get. These were missing some of the correct screws as well. By this time we were disgusted by the lack of quality control and just wanted to finish up. I do hope it stays together!Our cats litter box doesn't fit inside. We have a large and smaller cat so we need larger litter boxes. The smaller cat that supervised the entire time has laid claim to this and made the top shelf hers! We turned the box area into a sleeping hideout and the larger cat has napped in there.Overall, for the effort we went through to sort things out, drill holes that should have been pre-drilled and the $90 price tag, we can only give this 2 stars.
